Rooms are large, well designed and beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are very big too with great water pressure. Curtains cut out the sun well, however the doors are quite thin, so sound travels in easily. Breakfast was decent as well. Summary it's a great value for money stay. Will return.

Good hotel overall, friendly staff, morning buffet is okay. One problem, the bathroom door is unlockable and quite transparent, I know it goes well with the elegant and romantic theme but at least make it lockable and more private.

The hotel was nice and in a good location but when I checked in there was a big fuss from the staff because they said I didn't pay but I had. It made my experience here more stressful because the staff didn't know how to check the payment confirmation. Other than that it was a nice stay.

$650,000 per night. It’s an old hotel. But I can see the owner are trying hard to keep up with the nice sub rounding. It does have the interior remodel

We called in to book a room for one night stay in Thanh Hoa without expecting much about facilities and services. Surprisingly, the hotel was really good at last. Reasonable price, very good room, friendly service. The buffet breakfast had many choices for Asian foods and also for Western foods. There is a bar in front of lobby where you can enjoy a good cup of coffee or refreshing drinks. 5 star for all staff, from receptionists to guards. Thank you. And keep going that way, guys, you will win the hearts of customers.

As there is not much to do in thanh Hoa, we chose this hotel due to the amenities (gym, sauna etc). We were not informed that they were under construction; no mention of it on Agoda or the Hotel’s website. When I expressed feeling a bit perturbed about this, I was told “You can go ahead and check out, and find someplace else then”. So I went back to the room where the jackhammer sounded like it was in the room (why you would put a guest in a room directly above construction when you have a fairly empty hotel is beyond me), booked a room at Vinpearl a few blocks away, and left. If you are going to stay here, do not do so before they complete the renovation. The rooms looked beautiful, but the vinpearl was far better, and not much more expensive. If you can afford the few extra dollars, I would recommend trying there.

You get more than what you paid for, I promised. Got 2 rooms for the family, at the price of $70 for both. The rooms and facilities look brand new, with good city view both from front and back of the hotel. Friendly and supportive staff (except a lady in the restaurant, but I don’t mind that at all). Much more than what I expected from a 3-star hotel in this area (I’ve been to a few other hotels nearby, which are way more expensive and dated). Overall, it was a great experience staying in Dai Viet.

The bad first.. the breakfast!! Perhaps from a non-vietnamese person, it's hard to find something to eat from what was there. Not much of a choice and not the best quality. The coffee was horrendous.it was more like engine oil - cold, tasteless and pitch black. ||That being said, the rooms was great. Clean, large, good WiFi and large bathroom with a view of the room. No complaints of the room. ||The location is great in terms of eateries,.coffee shops and the shopping place. ||Would it stay here.. nope.. the breakfast would put me off.
