  We read some bad reviews before the trip on Ggl map, but still decided to get here, and surprisingly, this place is amazing and service is professional much more than expected. We booked a studio room in the 2nd floor from Agoda for 2 nights, the owner was so helpful and enthusiastic, even gave us a free Onsen gift when our old room was booked before and we would move to a smaller studio. Note that almost rooms here is privately owned, but service is still perfect. - Facilities: they offer fully facilities and services available in this lovely town with relatively acceptable prices that adults or kids can experience. - Restaurant: foods here are not excellent but fine. - Rooms: their design is the same with full equipment and a charming balcony with full of flowers. Some rooms provide free Netflix. - Cons: almost villas are still not sold and empty although they looks beautiful with flowers. - Price: Foods are not special but fresh here. You can go to Hon market (chợ Hón) by electric car to buy seafoods or all kinds of fish with extremely cheap prices.

  I recently stayed at Flamingo and had a mixed experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the daily housekeeping service was a nice touch. However, I found the layout of the hallways and paths a bit confusing. The lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant were not to my liking, but the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. l

  A beautiful place. The rooms are beautiful, but the aircon needs servicing. The elevators are always overcrowded at peak hours. They have snacks in the room, but it would be nice if you tell the occupants that they aren't free instead of waylaying them at the checkout point.

  Not recommended to stay here overnight: Terrible elevator system — although there are six elevators, there’s no proper traffic control, which ruins the overall experience and is the worst part of staying here. The hotel restaurant is in another building on the first floor, and during peak times there aren’t enough seats for guests. The front-line staff don’t have sufficient English proficiency. Conclusion: It’s fine to visit the attractions here just to take some photos.

  Hotel was beautiful, however it's still under construction, no amenities, no local shops, no bars, which were all promised on the website. Not a soul around, almost a ghost town. Had to book a grab to over 30 minutes away just to get some drinkable water! Definitely misssold here. Spent 4 hours here as they said it would be busy in the evening, might be an incredible place to go but in about 10 years time.

  A colorful hotel in front of the beach. Full of service, friendly staff. The room have direct view to the sea, with garden balcony. The weather is also beautiful. There are some nearby place to go. A nice experience!

  The Onsen bathing experience was fantastic. Although it's an artificial Onsen, the scale and service were very professional and well-organized. The service was good and the price was quite reasonable, 250,000 VND per Onsen bath. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, providing excellent service.|However, it was a holiday, so it was quite crowded. The streets and beach were packed with tourists, and many services required waiting times. But that's acceptable for a new and promising tourist area like Hai Tien.
