Rooms are clean and well furnished in a modern way. Staff are friendly and nice. It has a small bar, restaurant, swimming pool and recreation services. However, food are not really good. The hotel is located in a quiet area thus a little bit difficult to find shops, restaurants nearby. Overall, this hotel is very nice and valuable for the money!

Nice room with large clean bed. Bathroom facilities should be improved (bath faucet in room 1205). Good gym equipment. Open pool is in the ground and too close to the outside road, thus sometimes you can smell vehicles emissions. Breakfast is not really up to expectation.

...I don’t think this place is run quite well and my bed was filthy. Yes, it is a large, modern looking hotel with nice furnishings. They serve a very nice breakfast as well. I guess I have issues with cleanliness and how they handle problems. It didn’t start off well for us; our Expedia reservation didn’t come through and we were asked to sit and wait while they sorted it out which wasn’t really that bad. When we did get to the room, we basically just threw our bags in and left for some sightseeing. After we came back and cleaned up, I jumped in the bed and found it to be disgusting. It had hair under the comforter which was quite wet in the corner for some reason. Taking a closer look at the sheets got me even more upset as they we obviously stained in more than a few places. I had laid down on this bed before I noticed all this. So, I called the front desk and housekeeping came and changed the sheets and cleaned the room. We had also found hair on the floor. No one from the front desk or management for that matter contacted me to apologize or anything else. I felt like I was brushed off in a way. It’s a shame as I like this hotel chain and have stayed with them before. I won’t come back here and I’m not sure about going to one of their other hotels again.

The hotel is maintained in good condition with a grand lobby. The room is clean and spacious. The breakfast is fantastic and you can enjoy various kinds of western and Vietnamese food. The lady in the reception is very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient. Quite a number of coffee shops in the street.

The place looked very nice. I also didn´t see dirt and the breakfast was also good, not outstanding but good. Reception staff was also good also with English. ||But the worst thing was the massage. The advertisment in the elevator showed a nice massage but I never expected that. A cold room, hardly furnished, looks like they used the sheets etc more than for one person. The person who did the massage didn´t speak English, came in "high heels" and a short dress, which gave me already a strange feeling. But the worst thing was, when she started the massage she did it in a way, like she was disgusted, second she did it in a way, that I thought she is total in a rush and stressed to go to an other appointment and third I thought she trained to play the drums on me. Finaly the question to give me happy ending was just too much. I wrote that to the managment but they even did not reply. But I think in Thanh Hoa it´s the only place. The rest in the city was nice

A nice hotel in the quaint town. Located away from most facilities and not conducive if you want to reach eateries or shops by foot. Rooms are nice and comfortable, good views but some equipment needs looking at eg. aged hairdryers and chipped cups. Otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was disappointing other than nice Pho. Service staff is #1, with a world-class hospitality given to guests. Congratulations for having excellent front office staff and concierge.
