Excellent experience at Pu Luong Eco Garden. Fabulous rooms, great pool, nice food, and great tours on offer. The receptionist was excellent and has multiple languages. The manager Niet was also very attentive. We did the Eco 03 tour from the resort, which includes a bit of cycling. Be prepared for a few little uphills, but the bikes have plenty of gears. Tour guide Tuong was excellent and very friendly, with maybe the best English of anyone we encountered. Highly recommend!

An incredible hotel with a beautiful mountain view. It's ideal for a relaxing and restful holiday. Amazing and lovely staff. They treat their customers with respect. The prices are fair and too good for what they offer. You can have your own cooking class and create your own meal which we had a lot of fun doing. I will definitely be back again.

Very amazingly good!!! 🩷💖 The rooms were beautiful with a great view and the staff absolutely wonderful. We were very well looked after and on the last evening we picked veggies from the garden and they were cooked for us 😋 as a side dish. The food and breakfast (buffet) were also delicious and there was a great selection available. I would love to come back and stay longer. It was a memorable experience to stay here. 🌴🌅🌄☀️🌺🌻

Pu Luong Eco Garden retreat lived up to its high rating. The service was fantastic, as was the food. The room (Triple Palm Room) was spacious and clean, with a view to the pool and the mountains beyond. The food was delicious; a lot of fresh fruit, freshly cooked vegetarian dishes (delicious grilled tofu!) and great smoothies! The location near the top of the mountains means it has breathtaking beauty, but be prepared to see a lot of fog (it was very dramatic!). And they provided wonderful hints about where to walk and what to see. It was all wonderful!!

Picture perfect location with a stunning view across the hills. Beautiful pool with a bar and restaurant a d super friendly staff. I had a fantastic heel scrub and pedicure in the spa. A short bus ride to local villages or hike to Hieu waterfall. Highly recommended stay!

The resort is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery. The rooms are comfortable and clean, though you might occasionally encounter a few uninvited natural guests. The service was great. Everyone was friendly and cheerful. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Nhật, who was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive. He really cared about ensuring we had a wonderful experience and took the time to check in after we used their services. I highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature’s beauty.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Eco Garden, super friendly staff, always ready to help and tend to your needs, cooperative and flexible to arrange and help out for your tours. We checked out and did a hike, and the staff offered us to have a shower and a little pool dip before leaving despite it being post check out time. The food was fantastic and most vegetables come fresh from their garden. The view from the rooms, pool and restaurant are breathtaking! The rooms are very spacious, clean and romantic! Couldn't have wished for a better stay and will definitely come back on a future trip to Pu Luong! Thanks to the staff and Mr. Nhat! Eddi bruder! Nat

I stayed in the Bamboo 11 room. The room itself was spacious, which was nice. However, there was a serious humidity issue, and we occasionally noticed a moldy smell. We also saw quite a lot of insects, although this is somewhat understandable since the hotel is located in the middle of nature. The garden and outdoor areas are beautiful and surrounded by nature, but they feel poorly maintained, which makes it harder to fully enjoy the environment. The food quality and taste were average at best. Considering the quality, the prices felt quite high. There are also very few dining options nearby, so you are more or less dependent on the hotel restaurant. On the positive side, the staff were very attentive and genuinely tried to be helpful. We also joined the Eco 04 tour. The guide was excellent, but in my opinion, it was not worth the $65 per person. Being close to trekking routes and located in nature could be considered one of the main advantages of this hotel.
