  We loved our stay here. The setting is gorgeous, surrounded by rice terraces and mountains and really peaceful and quiet. The room was clean and comfy, with a great view and huge balcony with lots of space for my son to play. The pool was amazing, especially in the morning when the valley’s covered in mist. Staff were lovely and helped us organise walks and transport. Food was delicious!!! My son absolutely loved feeding the fishes in the little pond. Can't wait to take friends and family here who are visiting Vietnam!

  We contacted Pu Luong Jungle Lodge to organise a 2-day, 1-night stay in Pù Luông, and we were truly impressed by the professionalism and care shown from the very first message. Tracy responded to every request with great attention, tailoring the itinerary perfectly to our family's needs — including our youngest daughter, who is not fond of long treks. She managed to create a programme that was beautifully balanced between activities and relaxation. Communication was always clear, prompt and warm. We felt in safe hands from the very beginning. A special thank you to Tracy and the entire staff for their dedication and outstanding professionalism.   We had such a lovely time at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge - Thank you so much to Thuang and team! Beautiful views, and very restful. We loved the breakfast Buffet and great hospitality the whole time. The best welcome to Vietnam! We had a great time on our tour with Huang, visiting the stilt house, the water wheels, and peaceful bamboo floats. We highly recommend booking when you’re there. We also had a lovely massage up the road organised by the reception team! Thanks again, we hope to be back 🫶🏻

  Great spot. Everything was perfect and the staff is very nice. I had such a pleasant time at the lodge. My dad who has been leaving in Vietnam for 9 years, has been there several times. He always enjoys this place.

  Enjoyed our stay here a lot! 🫶 The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the toilet was also very big. The view from both the rooms and toilet was also so pretty on a sunny day Hotel has a restaurant and swimming pool, restaurant serves a large variety of dishes from western food like snacks to hotpot and also family style dishes, did not get bored of eating here for all our meals Breakfast buffet spread was delicious, banana cake was very yummy Staff speaks minimal english, but the male staff at the check in counter was very fluent and was very helpful Also the hotel is located on a hill so there are many staircases and steps, which makes it hard to carry luggages up, but the hotel staff were accommodating and helped us with it Hotel also provides tour packages like hiking / motorbike tours for half day and full day Hotel is also connected to a walking pathway to explore the rice paddy fields

  Friendly staff, great breakfast, nice rooms, and gorgeous views! We loved our stay here. Very beautiful area! Just wish it was warmer so we could use the pool.

  This review is not about hotel, but about their restaurant. Because the hotel is located on a road without street lighting, it becomes difficult and somewhat unsafe to leave the property once it gets dark (around 6 pm). As a result, guests are often limited to dining at the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience there was disappointing. The staff did not demonstrate much hospitality or attentiveness. Food was OK-ish, but nothing to remember and definitely overpriced. The quality was also inconsistent. For example, we ordered ginger tea and received a full glass of a tasty drink. However, when we ordered it again, the second glass arrived half full. After that dinner, we chose to dine outside the hotel for the remainder of our stay.
