Very nice location, we stayed here for a couple of days and we really enjoyed it here. The staff was very kind and helpful, the room was clean and looked great. The area is beautiful and we did a cool trekking here.

Great place for discovering the nature. We love the air and the service of this resort. You feel like home with brilliant hospitality.

Had a fantastic stay here on our honeymoon in January 2024. The suite was fabulous and although the weather was mixed the views are breathtaking. The hospitality was first class and everyone so kind and friendly, despite the language barrier. Would help to a have a menu. Food super. Would love to return.

Stay away from this Resort! We had booked 4 nights in this resort in March during my birthday and were deceived by the embellished pictures. As soon as we arrived, we noticed in the suite that there are moldt at the table, in the cupboard, nearly everywhere. We slept one night there because we arrived really late (after 22pm). In the next morning we tell the staff our problems and they want to clean it, but we want another not moldy room. We had the room under the suite and at the first time everything is fine. The bathroom is really big and cool but the big tube can't get enough warm/hot water, so it's not usable. Its raining all the time and at night it dripped from the roof into the bed and in our bags :( Also we can see the mold is coming back on the next days, at the wooden table, in the cupboard. We talk again to the staff, they say so often sorry but it is so sad, because the view from the resort is so amazing but the rooms are for the expansive price (60€ per night, the most expensive hotel we have been in Vietnam and the worst experience we have ever had!) really bad with so much mold and you can see them grow (they just wipe it with a damp cloth). The staff was friendly but it was for us no relaxing time and we didn't feel well. The village around the resort with the ricefield and restaurants are really great and we like it so much but don't pay so much money for this moldy and bad resort! It looks so pretty from the outside but is not worth the price and hassle at all and the health is also at risk! We are backpacker who travel since January and we are not demanding!

Such a great potential but big disappointment I stayed at the location one night with my partner and when we arrived we thought that the location was great and the room looked very nice at first sight. Unfortunately the room was extremely humid and mouldy, the bath tub was impossible to use, the water wasn’t warm and took forever to fill in. The swimming pool wasn’t clean and in general there was a mess around the resort. We used the laundry service, very expensive compared to others in the area and clothes weren’t fully clean and dry when returned. It’s a pity because the food was great and stuff was nice.

The location, and peace, (the entire point of being here) is completely ruined by an incredibly selfish, obnoxious, arrogant, uncivilised, and rude local person playing and imposing extremely loud and terrible music on the entire neighborhood at night. It's completely ruining our time here. On top of that there is loud construction noise during the morning and daytime.
