PREMIUM EXPERIENCE IN PU LUONG Exceptional Food & Views I visited this hotel for the day, and the experience was flawless. It is easily one of the best value-for-quality spots in the region. The Facilities: I spent the day by the pool and stayed for dinner. The atmosphere is spectacular, offering arguably the best views in Pu Luong. The Kitchen: Truly top-tier. The quality of the ingredients is evident in every dish. The prices are incredible considering the high-end setting. Service: The staff was very attentive, and the manager personally helped me with my menu selection, which was a great touch. Whether you are staying as a guest or just visiting for the day to use the pool and enjoy a world-class dinner, I highly recommend this place. A first-class experience in every sense.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay here. The views from the hotel were fabulous. The room was exactly as shown in the photo and the staff were great and very responsive. Would thoroughly recommend it.

We had an okay experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly, the resort is attractive, breakfast was delicious and our room was clean. The view at Natura is beautiful, but Pu Luong is so stunning that you can see this view everywhere. However our room was super loud (may not be the case for every room). We were above the dining area, more specifically the coffee machine. The Saturday night dance was nice but the karaoke afterwards was so loud until about 9:30/10.00pm. We are used to staying in quite noisy hostels, but our experience in our bedroom at Natura was unbearably loud, between the karaoke and hearing all our neighbours through the thin walls. We also payed so much more money here than anywhere else in Vietnam and the experience didn’t reflect the price. If it was significantly cheaper and mentioned the potential for noise before , we wouldn’t have minded so much. But for the price, we were expecting a much better experience.

The location and the rooms are nice. However, the rooms are not really insulated so it lives up to the "nature" in the name! If you are afraid bugs, salamanders etc. beware. The staff is generally nice but also careless. This combined with their lack of English fluency can lead to negative surprises as it did for us. I hope next time they will be better because this really affected our stay.

Severely disappointed and dissatisfied with this property, The actual room is so different from the photos on the app, when we contacted the reception they shrank responsibility by saying it's not their fault. The actual room is so tight, noisy and full of food smell from the restaurant below, my vacation is totally ruined.

Well, we booked at first a room with shared bathroom, when we arrived we saw the room and it was terrible, right above the reception and restaurant but because it is all a cabane you can hear everything, the window was so small, same for the room, honestly we couldn't sleep there. Then they showed us a room for an upgrade, which we paid for, when we checked in, we noticed there was pleny of noice coming from the roof, you could hear so many animals, after looking we saw 3 cockroaches walking in the room, a lizard in the bathroom, and another insect. We asked to change rooms as you could hear all the cockroaches in the roof, it was infested. Then they moved us to another room, we checked the bed and it was full of insects everywhere, hasn't been clean for a long long time. We checked over 8 rooms and all of them had bugs and insects in the bed. Even one had bed bugs. We finally found a room which was the cleanest, but still had insects. And we found two tarentulas in the bathroom. Honestly, it was a nightmare, we couldn't sleep comfortably as we knew there was plenty of insects everywhere. We booked the hotel before checking the google reviews, plenty of them noted that they were charged 50$ for the sheets if there was a spot, we were careful and didn't get charged but they did check everything before checking out. The staff overall was nice but didn't seem to care at all about the cockroaches and insects. Luckily one man came to help get rid off the tarentulas. The pools are really dirty and do not seem to be cleaned. The restaurant is really mid, and as you are in the middle of nowhere you don't have many different options. It was expensive for the quality. Overall, it looked like they were trying to make a lot of money from us, they said renting scooter would be 400,000 but we found someone for 250,000. The only positive thing was the view which was insane and so pretty

Tripadeal||Wonderful views, lovely rooms however have to ask staff to wet mop floor as was left sticky. Mini fridge not cold enough, asked for ice as an alternative however was charged. I refused to pay.

We loved our stay here. The setting is truly out of this world; its so beautiful. We had misty days, but in some ways that was so perfect. We found the service at reception and at meals to be exceptional. The food was delicious at both breakfast and dinner. The rooms were spacious; the shower was great. The infinity pool was clean and refreshing after a full day of cycling through local villages to get to the waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here, and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.
