  Sale ở đây rất phiền phức, gọi điện sale khoá học 5 lần 7 lượt mình đều từ chối thẳng và k nghe máy. Nhưng các bạn sale bên đây vẫn rất làm phiền và ép mình phải cho con đi test năng lực. Thật sự bên trung tâm thiếu học viên đến thế hay là không biết đào tạo sale vậy? MÌNH NÓI LUÔN MÌNH LÀ KHÁCH HÀNG VÀ K CÓ NHU CẦU CHO CON HỌC. Đừng làm KH mất tiện cảm đối với trung tâm nữa

  The Than Hoa branch of Ocean Edu was awful (and their head office wasn't great either). When speaking to head office I said I had no prior teaching experience. But on my first day at the Thanh Hoa branch I was expected to teach IELTs. And I was given no information about the students level at all. And you only got paid for the 1 on 1 lessons when the students turned up. Sometimes I would get to work at 8am. Make sure I was all prepared. And then be told 10 minutes after the lesson was suppose to have started, that the student was not coming. My first 2 weeks did not go well there. Instead of the Thanh Hoa branch just being honest and telling me they were getting rid of me. They decided to make up some nonsense about how head office wanted me to relocate to another branch. Then they made me wait 2 weeks for my pay. And never paid me the full amount. Apparently they had camera evidence I did not work on a day I knew I had worked. They never showed me the camera evidence which supposedly proved their point...... Also Ocean Edu expected you to pay for your own housing. I was staying in a very basic hotel. I had no kitchen or clothes washing facilities. Whereas other teaching companies will give you free housing in the tier 2 cities.
