Great location just outside the railway station, reasonable price, many motorbikes to choose, easy to communicate (both WhatsApp and verbal), overall is very nice to rent here, highly recommended

Very professional service, good price , lovely staff and great quality scooters. She even gave us great helmets and offered free rain jackets as weather was cloudy which was so sweet!

Very nice experience with motorbike rental viet dung. As I didn’t have a Vietnamese motorbike license, I preferred to play it safe and drove a 50 cc bike (no need of a license to drive it in Vietnam). This place was one of the only if not the only to propose the rental of that type of scooter. I had a really nice experience with them (friendly and very helpful staff, good bike, possibility to reserve your scooter in advance via WhatsApp). I would definitely recommend this place !

Roadworthy bikes, good brakes, clean, good price for automatic. Really helpful team who explained everything & encouraged us to slowly ride up & down road to get used to bike, practice turning, braking etc. Perfect for even complete beginners!

I wish to share my recent experience with this scooter rental agency in the hope of informing potential future customers about practices that, while possibly defensible under a strict reading of contractual terms, raise serious questions regarding commercial ethics, customer care, and basic operational reliability. I initially rented a scooter for three full days, placing reasonable trust in what appeared to be a well-established local business. Regrettably, the reality proved very different from the expected standard of service. Within the first few hours, the assigned scooter exhibited a **serious and immediately noticeable defect** in the rear brake system — a critical safety component whose malfunction posed a genuine risk to both myself and other road users. This fault should have been detected during any reasonable pre-rental inspection. Upon promptly returning the vehicle to report the issue, I was offered a replacement scooter. While this might seem like appropriate customer service on paper, the replacement proved equally problematic. The second scooter quickly developed **intermittent power loss**, eventually resulting in a complete failure to restart. Having no other choice under the circumstances, I was forced to return once more and — ironically — take back the original scooter with its still-defective rear brake (only superficially addressed). Thus, in the space of approximately **four hours of actual use**, I experienced: - a safety-critical mechanical failure on the first vehicle, - a second vehicle that became entirely unusable, - the necessity of multiple round trips to the agency, - considerable stress, wasted time, and compromised mobility. Despite these successive and documented failures — which clearly demonstrate inadequate vehicle maintenance standards — the agency applied its cancellation/refund policy with absolute rigidity. For returning the scooter after only four hours (instead of the three booked days), I was charged an additional **50,000 VND** with **zero flexibility**, zero acknowledgment of the serious technical issues encountered, and zero commercial courtesy. This approach raises fundamental questions: - Where is the most basic duty of care when renting potentially dangerous machinery? - Where is the minimum goodwill when a customer is forced to return a vehicle due to multiple, successive mechanical failures? - Is uncompromising enforcement of penalty clauses really appropriate when the provider has clearly failed to deliver a roadworthy product? Such inflexible, profit-first behavior — especially when combined with demonstrably poor vehicle maintenance — is not merely disappointing; it is fundamentally incompatible with acceptable standards in the rental industry, particularly in a tourism-dependent market where safety, reliability, and customer trust are paramount. I therefore strongly advise **against** renting from this establishment. The combination of poorly maintained vehicles exposing customers to unnecessary risk and a complete lack of reasonable accommodation when those vehicles inevitably fail makes this agency, in my considered opinion, a high-risk choice. There are many other rental options available that maintain higher standards of both equipment reliability and customer treatment. I deeply regret entrusting this company with my safety and my money, and I hope this account helps others make a more informed decision.

Everything started off well, but the next morning I got a flat tyre less than 5 km from their office. The nearby repair shop was closed, other was 2km away, and locals were surprised the company didn’t help given how close we were. The rental company’s response was basically, “it’s your problem.” I understand flats happen, but some guidance or assistance would’ve gone a long way. We ended up leaving the bike at a café with 100k note for the bike pickup. Dreadful customer service. Hopefully, this was just an exception.

The lady there would charge us 200k for a 50cc and the rate would apply until midnight instead of being for 24h. It was noon, so she effectively wanted to charge us for 12h. While I was telling her that this didn't make sense, she got up into a car and left, mid-conversation. Extremely bad and weird way to do business.
