  It was the best joga practice i have ever had! I was in two classes (hip opening and twisting joga) and I did not know that I have such a body range 😎🤭 Master Arvind thank u for your practice, push my limits and unforgettable experience! Highly recommend this joga spot. 💪

  Had such a lovely yoga experience here. Master Arvind is very competent and everyone was so welcoming and warm. I'm sad I only had time to do one class. Would definitely recommend visiting if you have time and like yoga or meditation. After the class they invited me to have delicious snacks with them. So kind, loving and generous people!

  maria and me went yesterday and we LOVED IT! They help you with movements and poses and the ambience is just great HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT If you like yoga or want to try and are in the area. Would have love to go more times

  Friendly, knowledgeable teacher. Class was taught in Vietnamese and English. I felt immediately welcome! The class was challenging for me but the teacher gave lots of feedback and hands-on adjustments. I couldn't find class times/prices online but the teacher was quick to respond to my messages. Would recommend!

  Such a unique and fantastic teacher with different and advance practice of yoga. Come and join for more experience, you wil know better and regret that why didn't you find Arvind earlier for you complete yoga practice.
