  Better than gyms in Hanoi. Quite fully equipped, new equipments, polite PT, quite good service, lockers are quite clean, good salesman, cute gym visitors. Recommend 100%, best gym in Thanh Hoa 🥰

  This is the gym I would recommend if you are living in Thanh Hoa city, or just visiting for a couple days, and looking for a place to work out. They have a very good selection of high quality, clean, gym equipment in a spacious layout (including a sled, exercise ropes, punching bags, plenty of cable machines, two deadlift platforms, and one squat rack with proper barbells and barbell weights). The gym floorplan makes sense and is well organized. They have towel service for no extra fee. The equipment and gym is clean and well maintained. They have a steam room in the bathroom. A good number of the staff also speak or are learning English, and can answer most questions about memberships and gym things if you ask. It's also conveniently located in the center of Thanh Hoa, so if you're hungry after a workout there's lots of good places nearby to eat. The only time that the gym gets really crowded is from 4pm-7pm on weekdays, but even then it's usually not too bad. I've been working out here for several months now and would highly recommend it.

  젉데 알아 볽수 업개 니뷰을 잙성함. 기구는 보통 베트남 수준 피트니스이고 벤치2개, 랙 1개, 스미스 머신, 데드리프트 가능한 존 2개. 트레이너들이 친숙하게 다가와주고 반갑게 맞이해줬습니다. 헬스장 일일권 20만동입니다. 이졍됴 갸격이면 돈 녀뮤 아꺕댜. 수건은 제공하고 샤워장 있습니다. 그러나 샤워장 문 열릴 때 알몸 보여 줄 수 있으니 조심하세요. 근처 다륜 핼슈쟝도 니뷰 할 예정 입니다.
