Nghe An's most renowned and enduring nightlife establishment stands tall. Even on a quiet evening, the venue remains packed, and the performances are spirited. However, the shisha service still employs self-start coals and the lowest-grade Chinese tobacco, while the drink offerings are quite limited—don't anticipate cocktails or mixology. An unfortunate hiccup came when I ordered a rum and coke and was charged extra for the coke, as the rum coke on the menu apparently doesn't include coke? (-1 star) All in all, the city lacks choices for late-night entertainment. If your desire is to enjoy loud music, observe lively dance performances, and be in a fairly bustling space, this bar surpasses the other alternatives available.

Zulu Club – Great Vibe, But Full of Scams and Shady Practices Zulu might have a good vibe, decent music, and a lively crowd—but everything else about it was a huge letdown. First, they lied at the entrance saying they accept MasterCard and Visa. Once inside, they suddenly claimed only VIP tables were available, starting at 1 million minimum. This seemed targeted, especially if you’re a foreigner or look like someone who can be overcharged. The waiters were constantly topping up my beer without asking, trying to make me finish faster and order more. Worse, they secretly poured beer into extra empty glasses just to make it look like I’d consumed more. They did this with three glasses in my case. On top of that, the bill included charges for water and tissues I never used. I let it go, tried to pay by card, and then they hit me with the final scam: “Card machine not working, do a local bank transfer or get a friend to send money.” This is a nightmare if you’re a traveler—it’s manipulative and clearly a setup. One more thing that really shocked me: I saw parents bringing their toddlers into this environment. There was heavy smoking, alcohol everywhere, and semi-naked girls dancing. I asked about the age policy, and they casually said, “Parents bring them.” No control, no minimum age enforcement—just strange and uncomfortable. The vibe alone doesn’t make up for all the shady practices. Be very cautious if you go—or better yet, avoid it entirely.
