Multiple spaces to hang out- several spots over looking beach with a nice vantage point up on a bluff of sorts, and spaces back closer street side with quiet cafe vibe. I really liked the efficiency of ordering and paying at coffee counter and getting a number for our table- our order came out together. Fairly straightforward western menu and good prices. We really liked the hamburgers.

A seaside café at An Bàng Beach with an incredibly chill vibe during the off-peak season. Visiting in March, when the weather is still cool and it’s not too crowded, makes it especially relaxing. Although this stretch of An Bàng Beach has been affected by erosion, the view from above is still wonderful. The indoor space is also charming, designed in a traditional Hội An old-house style. The coconut coffee is delicious.

I visited this place to take a break while heading to Hoi An Night Market. The location is excellent, right by the beach, with a beautiful view of the sea. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a nice spot to rest and enjoy the scenery. I ordered a glass of lemon juice, but it was a bit too sour for my taste. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet place to relax by the beach.

This was easily one of the most beautiful and cozy places I’ve ever visited—and honestly, it doesn’t even feel like a typical coffee shop. As you enter, there’s a long, peaceful walkway surrounded by a lovely garden that instantly sets the mood. It feels more like you’re walking into a quiet retreat than a café. The greenery, the open space, and the thoughtful design make the whole experience feel calm and special from the very beginning. The interior is warm and inviting, while the exterior opens up to a breathtaking oceanfront view. Sitting here with a coffee, listening to the waves, and feeling the breeze—it’s the kind of moment where time slows down and everything feels still. This place is actually one of the reasons I wanted to visit Hoi An. The surrounding neighborhood is just as peaceful, with a quiet charm that makes you want to explore slowly and stay longer. If you’re planning a trip to Hoi An, this is truly a must-visit. I would even recommend staying nearby so you can fully enjoy the calm mornings and relaxing atmosphere. It’s not just a coffee stop—it’s an experience you’ll remember long after your trip.

The Kind of Place You Don't Want to Leave We'd been pointed toward Sounds of Silence Café at An Bang Beach, and it delivered on every count. Before we'd even ordered, my husband's bike lock got stuck — and three staff members immediately came over to help sort it out. No fuss, no fee to leave the bikes. Just genuine, easy hospitality from the start. We settled in with drinks and a little food, and the view and breeze did the rest. With so many options along An Bang Beach, this is the one worth seeking out.

Sound of Silence Coffee, located near Seahill, offers a genuinely beautiful setting overlooking An Bang Beach. The view is easily the highlight — a calm, breezy seaside atmosphere with people casually walking in and out, many coming straight from the beach. It creates a relaxed, slightly lively vibe without ever feeling overcrowded. Unfortunately, the drinks don’t live up to the location. While the menu covers the basics, the execution feels minimal and lacks care. The coffee and beverages are quite underwhelming, made at a very basic level without much attention to flavor or presentation. Overall, it’s a place you visit for the view and ambiance rather than the drinks. Great spot to sit back and enjoy the scenery, but not one to expect a memorable coffee experience.

I visited Sound of Silence Coffee Shop recently and really enjoyed the beautiful beach view and the delicious food. The atmosphere was relaxing, making it a great place to sit and enjoy the scenery at An Bang Beach. However, the service from one of the male staff members (Young & tall) was disappointing. He was not professional and seemed unfriendly, which affected the overall experience. With better customer service, this place could be even more enjoyable.

Pro: The location is really nice, right on the beach, and they also have nice spots to sit inside the café. They were also very quick with their service, and the name of the café is luckily accurate as well, since it’s quite peaceful. Cons: Unfortunately, the white coffee (Bạc xỉu) that I ordered was more like a milk coffee (cà phê sữa) which was a bit disappointing. And the portion was very small, as you can see in the photo it wasn’t even full.
