  The staff spoke great english and were very professional. The clinic itself was also comfortable and clean. Most importantly though the doctor was very patient with us and explained everything thoroughly.

  My dad was treated here for food poisoning and received excellent care. The staff took the necessary samples and after confirming he no longer had a fever, the doctor prescribed the right medication and followed up with him three days later. When I contacted our insurance they reached out to the clinic directly to arrange coverage, which made the whole experience completely stress-free. Really appreciated the personal attention, proper follow-up and the smooth handling of everything. Would highly recommend!

  We have been through with Family Medical Practice to do general check-up and bone growth check for our sons. The whole check-up went very professionally, quick process, our doctor was also very attentive and gentle to our kids. We will come back to do regular check-up

  I am extremely satisfied with the care and professionalism at this medical center. I have been bringing both of my children here, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The doctors and staff are kind, attentive, and truly caring, while the service and overall attitude are always at a very high level. It is rare to find a place where you feel so welcomed, respected, and confident that your children are in good hands. Highly recommended to every parent looking for quality medical care for their family!

  We have being based in Hanoi for 3 years and have users FMC on numerous times for illness, surgery, shots and medicals. The front desk staff are incredible to begin with. So helpful, polite and supportive. Being able to communicate on what’s app with appointments and other logistics is so easy and the doctors are super engaged and professional . Dr Santos is a terrific family doctor, Dr Sosa was great for knee and back and we have totally enjoyed the stress free experience the doctor visits always were. Totally recommend this place and will miss the first class friendliness,service and speed of results which put our own countries to shame. Outstanding work FMC.

  Come down with a suspected case of food poisoning. Got a grab to the practice at 6:30am and was off the drip, with medicine and feeling much better on the way back to hotel by 9:30am! Fantastic service, very clean, excellent knowledgeable staff! Honestly way better care than we get in Australian hospitals.

  Family Medical has been taking care of my boys since they were born (in Hanoi) and dealt with both my husband and I for 13 years already. Always with great care and good service. This is the place we trust to come when we are not feeling well. Highly recommended.

  The best approach to children, even the nurses during vaccinations are amazing. The calmest and most professional pediatricians. We’ve been bringing our daughter here since birth, and she’s already 5.5 years old. Highly recommended!
