This coffee shop is so wonderful! I wish I could give it 10 stars because they truly deserve it. You can truly tell the whole staff is passionate about coffee in all aspects and they pour that love right into your cup. Amazing service all around. What is also so cool about this coffee shop is that they also host workshops of different kinds ranging from getting better at coffee tasting, history of coffee in Vietnam, and even how to brew your own Viet coffee!! I did the Sensory Workshop #1 (they have a set of 3) and their Viet Coffee making workshop (where you get to learn how to brew phin coffee, make egg coffee, and coconut coffee with experts. Each workshop was special and the instructors create such a welcoming experience and you learn so much! Highly a must if you want to learn more about coffee or Vietnam in general (you cannot separate the two haha). I booked via WhatsApp and they had a fast response rate!! They also sell extensive mixes of Vietnamese coffee beans and drip bags which are great for personalized gifts for loved ones.

96B is a refreshing addition to HCMC’s specialty coffee scene. The café embraces a minimalist industrial concept, allowing its architecture to become part of the experience. The split-level amphitheatre seating gives the space a unique identity, while the clean use of terrazzo, exposed brick and concrete creates an environment that feels sophisticated without trying too hard. The coffee certainly lived up to expectations. Their SOE (Single Origin Espresso) was well executed, with good clarity, sweetness and a clean finish that highlighted the characteristics of the bean. I ended up having more than a few coffees during my visit, which probably says more than any score could. One standout was their Dirty Coffee, served in a martini glass instead of the usual short tumbler. The presentation was elegant without feeling gimmicky, and the contrast between the cold milk and rich espresso made for a smooth and enjoyable drink. Beyond the coffee, the overall experience feels thoughtfully curated. Seating is spacious, the atmosphere is calm, and the design encourages you to slow down and appreciate both the coffee and the surroundings. Pricing is fair for the quality delivered. Verdict: A café that successfully combines architectural design with quality specialty coffee. While many cafés lean heavily on aesthetics, 96B ensures the coffee remains the main attraction. Worth visiting for both coffee enthusiasts and anyone looking to experience one of Ho Chi Minh City’s more thoughtfully designed specialty cafés.

Okay okay, a truly honest recommendation for one of the best workshops I have ever done! The workshop facilitator was kind, welcoming, and most importantly full of knowledge!! If there is one thing that turns a good workshop into an amazing one for me, it is the amount of knowledge the instructor has and their ability to answer every single question I ask. And with my level of curiosity, without jinxing it, I have sooo many questions. It was an interesting and enriching workshop, packed with knowledge, held in a great, funny atmosphere with a light and sweet vibe. We were two friends and did two workshops. The first was V60 coffee brewing, and the second was egg coffee and coconut coffee. I highly highly recommend it to anyone who loves learning and gaining a lot of knowledge, to anyone interested in coffee in general, to those who want to specialize in their favorite coffee brewing style, and to anyone who wants to dive deeper into Vietnamese coffee making. You will not regret it!

This place is a must try if you are a coffee enthusiast. They serve specialty beans and coffee and staff would gladly tell you what they are. We took one of the workshops and our guy was so welcoming and fun! The experience was also also worth it. You get to make traditional egg coffee and coconut coffee and you also get to drink them! Cant wait to do their other workshops in the future

I visited Saigon by myself and was looking for activities to do, and I came across this cafe with coffee workshops. Latte art is something I was always curious in so I gave it a try. I tried messaging and they booked me a workshop the next day. Phu was my workshop leader and he was so patient with me. I asked him questions, multiple trials and errors, and he was helpful throughout. I ended with a coffee (made by me) to drink and enjoy the cafe after. Thanks for the great time!

Fantastic service and care for all products. We ordered filter coffees, cappuccinos and the highlight: Hardcore. Super refreshing and balanced. We‘ve been to many cafes around the world, even in Australia this level of service and uniqueness of drinks can‘t be found. My favourite café!

We tried their workshop! It was fun, interactive, and our instructor SURELY knows coffee by heart. The information, and guidance, just came out naturally. It was a good mix of fun and learnings. Plus!! Our products tasted superb 😋 i doubt there is any more egg coffee that can top that. A must-try when youre in Ho Chi Minh.
