Một nơi rèn luyện sức khoẻ hàng ngày rất thích hợp. Nếu bạn là một người bận rộn không có nhiều thời gian nên chọn tập vào buổi sáng sẽ rảnh hơn. Buổi chiều số lượng người tập nhiều hơn nên có một số bài tập bạn phải chờ mới đến lượt. Chúc các bạn có lựa chọn phù hợp để rèn luyện sức khoẻ cho mình.

The gym is well-equipped with a wide range of training machines. Since it was my first visit, the staff kindly waived the visitor fee. There are six bench press stations available. It’s a very popular gym and often crowded, so it’s important to share benches and equipment with others rather than occupying them alone.
