  I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The staff were extremely nice, patient, and caring throughout my visit. They were always willing to help and made me feel comfortable. I really appreciated that some of them could speak English, which made communication much easier.

  I have a friend who was warded in this hospital for emergency. And the after some enquiry, the doctor and staff told her she will need to do surgery for back bone, and she is already in constant back pain, as a result of motorcycle accident. And the bill they estimated is xxxx amount, and has to be paid in cash, or if electronic payment, then they have to be paid to some personal account first. Is it the norm in Vinh City hospital? only accepting cash payment? or paying to a personal account only, not directly to the hospital? Is this not tax-evasion practises?

  Bệnh nhân chưa kịp hỏi thì nhân viên đã la mắng. Trải nghiệm hôm nay sợ luôn. Mình chỉ dẫn mẹ mình đi nhưng chắc do mẹ lớn tuổi nên bs thiếu kiên nhẫn với bệnh nhân

  Bệnh viện tệ nhất ở Vinh. Chưa nói đến chuyên môn nhưng thái độ làm việc của bác sĩ, nhân viên âm điểm

  Thái độ phục vụ của nhân viên cantin và tạp hoá bệnh viện rất lồi lõm! Buôn bán kiểu này khách đến 1 lần ko bao giờ quay lại nữa!
