  The service is top notch, the receptionist is so kind and friendly, great service, nice hot water for showering and clean rooms, they even do the laundry as well

  FOREIGNERS, DON'T COME HERE. I didn't stay. I wasn't allowed for being a foreign. I've been traveling the whole vietnam for 2 months and this is the 1st time.

  Booked a room through Facebook which was very useful. Prompt reply. The day I stayed here it pissed down and all I was looking for was a dry place to shelter.

  Stayed here as a couple for 1 night on 02/02/2020. We were offered the choice between a standard double room for 300,000 and a room with 2 double beds for 450,000. The standard room would have been very small (just enough space to put in our panniers) so we went for the one with the 2 double beds. The room was very spacious and clean and had a fridge but no kettle. We got a 50,000 discount because of the Tet New Year and paid 400,000. The owner's daugher Helen speaks perfect English. The hotel is a bit on the pricey side for this area, but it is nice.

  I recommend do not booking the room on agoda.!!!!!!! !!!! We have already reservation and paid!!!! (The price is very expensive ) but when we got the hotel and call the staff she said the hotel doesn't use Agoda anymore?, OMG!!! and we have to paid again for the room.!!Hope the hotel (owner) will refund my money soon !!!!!! And hope this problem will not occur to other customers! Thank you I'm impressed about a male owner is kind and very friendly to find a good Taxi ,Thank you very much 🙏🏻 .............. I've been a little disturbed. from the housekeeping ,She tried to ask for money from by tapped my shoulder a few times while we were waiting for the taxi!

  It should not be permitted to smoke in the hotel. Music from early in the morning. Useful owner. Difficult to rent a scooter in this town.

  The rooms were small, and on the first floor we could hear everything happening in the lobby. The walls are thin, so we could also hear every guest above and next to us. We had mould in the bathroom, dirty towels and the mattress of the bed was hard as stone.The owner Helen, who we talked to on the phone when we booked the room the day before, could speak English. Unfortunately she wasn't there when we arrived, only her father who sat there smoking and ignoring us what wasn't very welcoming plus he couldn't speak English. When we checked out it wasn't possible to have coffee or breakfast and again the communication with the stuff was quite a challenge. The only positive things I can say are that the sheets and bed looked clean and the wifi was working good. For the price of 300.000đ we had better accommodations on our way from Hanoi to the south. We booked it for a sleep over for our motorbike trip because of all the good reviews, which I can absolutely not understand! I would not recommend it at all.

  This hotel doesn't need guests. The owner is rather arrogant and won't help you.
