  Perfect place to stay, the hotel is clean, quiet and friendly and the prices are very affordable. The family that runs the hotel is perfect! I highly recommend this motel

  This hotel has great people , but rooms are not worry clean, toalet without toalet seat, a cigarette in the corner. Hotel was empty , they could give as better room with balcony to feel better in , but they did offer it. It's ok, but we wouldn't go back again.

  We booked through Booking.com with no cancellation option, but when we showed up, they acted like they had no clue we were coming. Talk about a cold welcome! The check-in process was a mess. I showed them our Booking.com reservation, but the lady looked totally lost. She called some girl who barely spoke English, and get this - she asked if we had a reservation after we'd already told them we did! Like, seriously? We were beat after a 3-hour drive on winding mountain roads, and our kid was passed out on the motorcycle. We got there at 2:30 PM, hoping to crash right away. Instead, we spent 15 minutes on the phone answering dumb questions about our booking. Then they made us wait on hard wooden benches while they cleaned the room. I mean, checkout's at 11 AM and check-in's at 3 PM - what were they doing for 4 hours? It gets worse. They showed us three different rooms, and none of them matched what we booked. First, a room with one bed instead of two. Then a room with two beds but no private bathroom. The last one had everything we needed, but someone was already staying there! Their bags were all over the place. We were so done at this point. We walked out and found an awesome room next door at Nha Nghi Anh for 280,000 in like a minute. The man there didn't speak English either, but he was super friendly. We used Google Translate, and it was all good. Bottom line: don't stay at this place, especially if you're traveling with kids or just want to relax after a long trip. They clearly don't have their act together, and there are way better options out there.
