Such an Amazing place to sit down and relax. The food was awesome and staff were quick to get my order in, much appreciated! At Night time, the rooftop is the perfect way to end the day.

Trendy Thai Restaurant is serving the best Thai fusion food you can get here in Vinh City. And to avoid disappointment, I recommend reserving your table in advance 😉

In Vinh City, this establishment stands out remarkably. I was pleased with my visit and surprised to find the restaurant relatively quiet. Opted for the rooftop seating. While the décor and view were delightful, comprehending the nuances of the food demanded focused attention. The tom yum soup hit the mark, though the tom yum chicken wings fell short. The accompanying beef laab was a satisfying fusion of Thai and Vietnamese flavors. I would have appreciated more attentive staff, readily available to address menu inquiries. However, it seems they might not receive adequate compensation to explore the menu themselves. Overall, it deserves top marks. Given the limited options in Vinh City, I would certainly return if I'm in town. Rating: 5/5 stars.

Visited while staying in Vinh for a few days, menu is in English as well as Vietnamese. Servers were helpful, friendly and fast. The food was good, but could have been a little fresher, the rice and beans weren't great. Possibly the hotpot is better as everyone but me was having that.

Food was quite genuine and I enjoyed it thoroughly. I had a green Thai curry and a papaya salad which was nice and spicy. The roof terrace is nice, especially during the evenings. One of the managers speaks English but the rest don't understand a word which is understandable I guess. I suppose it would be a great place to take your partner for a great dining experience.

I recently visited Nathan Thai Fusion Restaurant and tried three dishes: pork rib hotpot, pineapple fried rice, and Pad Thai. Starting with the pork rib hotpot, the broth was quite flavorful and rich — probably the highlight of the meal. However, the ribs themselves were not as tender as expected; the meat hadn’t been stewed long enough to reach that fall-off-the-bone texture. I also asked for a dipping sauce to go with the ribs, but it took a noticeably long time to arrive, which affected the flow of the meal. The pineapple fried rice was a bit underwhelming — the flavor was mild and it lacked the signature Thai balance of sweet and savory. It didn’t quite capture the authentic taste. As for the Pad Thai, the noodles were decent in texture, but the portion of toppings (shrimp, peanuts, etc.) was quite minimal, leaving the dish feeling a little flat. I was seated on the second floor, which had a clean and comfortable setting — I’d rate the space about 7 out of 10. Staff were polite but service timing could be improved. Overall, Nathan Thai Fusion has potential, especially with the flavorful hotpot broth, but the execution and attention to detail could use refinement to meet expectations for Thai fusion cuisine.

The food wan’t thats good the water spinach I ordered wasn’t good it was bland and the service thats was terrible. Despite being very busy with a short staff, it took them 30 minutes to ask me what I wanted to order. One more thing: there’s no first-come, first-served policy. They only ask people who are in sight and focus on them, which means you have to sit closer to the door to get their attention. It would be better to sit next to the door so they can get your attention more quickly. The prices are also quite high, and the service is the worst I’ve ever experienced in Vinh City. The atmosphere was noisy, and they served the sides first, followed by the main dish. It was a terrible service, and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.
