  I stayed at Beach Haven Suites with my two friends. We had the absolute best time, the apartments were clean, modern and equipped with large bathrooms and a balcony that overlooks the restaurants across the road. The staff who work at Beach Haven were all extremely friendly and helpful, offering up recommendations for things to do in the local area and were really knowledgeable and helpful when giving us restaurant and food options. The whole team who work here are lovely, including the security guard that they include overnight to ensure safety and security. This particular location is amazing and perfect for a relaxing beach holiday with an abundance of amazing food and spa options nearby, and a short 15 min trip to ancient town to visit what Hoi An has to offer. I highly recommend staying here and I can’t wait to come back for another stay, I’d give it ten stars if it was possible 😍

  Such a perfect hotel if you're visiting Hoi An! We had such a wonderful and relaxing stay here. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and very clean and comfortable. It was a super welcoming and friendly environment - Dong was incredibly helpful and accomodating, and gave us great tips about finding our way around Hoi An. The location is unmatched, with the hotel itself being a minute's walk away from the beach (we got a lovely view from the balcony too!) and on a stretch surrounded by amazing cafes and restaurants. It's also only a short drive away from the ancient town, so it's very convenient if you plan on checking that out. We wish we'd gotten to stay longer, and definitely hope to be back soon. Would absolutely recommend staying here!

  We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Haven Suites Hoi An. The front desk lady, the night watchman and the room cleaner were all very friendly and made our family's stay very enjoyable. The apartments are very spacious, well kept, comfortable and modern. Free Netflix was a bonus! Location wise it is fantastic. It is a short walk to the beach and good restaurants at your doorstep. It is about a 10 minute Grab ride to the Hoi An old town which is perfectly fine. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for your top quality and friendly service.

  We absolutely loved this place from the moment we arrived we where treated like royalty. Dong ( the lady at front desk ) was always responsive , she gave us all the best places near by for food , coffees and beach. We rented a moped from her, had our laundry done , Dong helped me with a reservation with a airline. The rooms are lovely, everything you need, cleaned everyday. Comfy beds, loved the fan in the room with the air-conditioning. The pool is a beautiful temperature. They have security all night. Its on a quiet street. We are thankful we stayed and hope to be back someday soon. Thanks again Dong. Kind regards, Jennifer and John

  Anh the hotel manager was extremely helpful and kind. Great communication and very welcoming. The accommodation is the best we experienced in Vietnam. The beach is beautiful, multiple amazing beach restaurants/bars within 5 min walk. The rooms are modern and well equipped. The housekeeper (Anh) did an great job and was very accommodating with our schedule

  One of the best areas of Hoi An to be close to the beach, but not far from the old city and other attractions. We stayed for two months. The room was comfortable, the views were excellent and the staff was great. It is a beautiful property, safe and secure. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and a short bike ride to An Bang beach. Note: like any accommodation in Hoi An, there can be music from the restaurants as it is a tourist area, but it always was finished by 10 pm or so. I highly recommend this boutique hotel and this area for enjoying the beach life and the small beachside neighborhood.

  Spacious apartment, good furnishings and staff that cannot do enough for you. They organised drivers/tours and were knowledgeable and kind. There is no lift but the staff will carry up cases if needed|Area around has two beach clubs but there is no noise after 10. Great beach nearby altho the pool at the suites is very clean and welcoming.

  Great location and great accommodation. We had the 3 bed appartment and it was immaculately presented and was of a great standard. It had everything we needed for our stay, and the location gave us a sea view (through the gap between the Beach and Esco restaurents/bars).|The staff are excellent, from front of house to the cleaners, extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, the front of house lady speaks excellent English and looked after us, arranged anything we needed (external laundry (cheaper!), hiring motorbikes and advising where to go and too eat) and is extremely friendly and welcoming. Staff made our holiday!
