  Dear Team, I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful service I recently experienced during my 10 day stay. On Women's Day, I was delighted by the beautiful cake presentation arranged by your staff members Lucie, Salina, and Mia. Their effort, warmth, and the care they put into the presentation made the moment truly special. Please convey my sincere thanks to them for such a thoughtful gesture. I would also like to extend my deepest gratitude to staff named " Trang "( mostly in white attire ), who assisted me while I was trying to purchase a product that I urgently needed. She spent a considerable amount of time helping me and went out of her way to ensure I got exactly what I needed. What touched me the most was that she made such a sincere effort on her own initiative without being asked. Her dedication, patience, and genuine willingness to help left a lasting impression on me. Having stayed in countless hotels around the world, I must say that the kind of heartfelt hospitality I experienced here is something that can truly be felt and seen most beautifully in Asia. Your team embodies that spirit perfectly. Employees like Lucie, Salina, Mia, and Trang are true gems to your organization.   I stopped by for the breakfast buffet before a busy day, and it was such a pleasant start. The food was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices to keep me energized. What impressed me most was the warm welcome and attentive service from the staff — they made the experience feel effortless and comfortable. A great spot to enjoy a meal and recharge before work. Love it!

  Beautiful clean and modern hotel in secluded Vinh Yen City. Great value for less than $100 USD/night. Lobby is actually on 4th floor, great reception service. Rooms were huge with small dining area, living room, big bedroom, walk through closet, shower plus tub and separate toilet and sink room. Breakfast buffet were amazing, don’t miss out on super authentic beef and chicken Pho, smoked salmon, delicious croissants and fresh fruits.

  Spa was amazing! Thank you Ms. Phuong for the wonderful service. I had a hair spa treatment and a foot massage, and it was incredibly relaxing. The hotel staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. At dinner, Mr. Van Thuy was also very attentive and took great care of me, which made the experience even more special. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommended.

  We really enjoyed our stay at the Crowne Plaza. The room was very clean. The staff were super nice, especially Lucie, Trang, Stella and Selina. We loved the delicious vegetarian meals (especially the chickpea and sweet potato bowl)!

  My wife and I travelled to Vietnam for a golfing holiday. The agent we contacted to organize the golf club, tee times and transport fell through at the last minute. The hotel was kind enough to organize the airport hotel transfer on a very short notice. As for the golf tee times, I was hoping either to contact the golf clubs directly or perhaps the hotel was maybe able to assist me. This is when we met Ms Le Tong (Nancy) while we were checking in. She is a Front Office Supervisor. When we explained our golfing situation, she promptly suggested she could contact the golf clubs and try and get our tee times. Over the next 5 days, we were in contact with Nancy via WhatsApp (which she suggested) in coordinating different golf clubs and tee times. What Nancy did is not in her job description as a Front Office Supervisor, I believe she did this for us simply in order to make our stay in the hotel the best possible experience. Nancy’s willingness to go above and beyond her duties in order for the hotel guests to have a great stay in the hotel was an amazing experience. Nancy was not the only staff to impress us, Executive lounge team Cera, Stella,Lucie, Selina, Trang and Nancy were always friendly, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the concierge team and the drivers but they were always professional, knowledgeable and on time with the transport. Overall, the facilities of the hotel is really good but what makes the stay at this hotel truly fantastic are the staff. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling to the northern parts of Vietnam.

  My wife and stayed here for 16 nights. We had a wonderful experience here. The staff treated us so nicely and their warmth felt genuine. I don’t think I’ve been treated as well at any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Special thanks to Ms. Trang, Ms. Lucie, Ms. Sunny, Mr. Son, Ms. Cera, Ms. Huyen, Ms. Yen, Ms. Alice.||Because we are Diamond Elite IHG members, we were upgraded to a suite for our entire stay. During our stay, we reached our reward milestone that gave us access to their executive lounge. We enjoyed afternoon tea and evening drinks and light dinner at the lounge. Even though the lounge also served breakfast, we usually ate at the main restaurant as their breakfast buffet had plenty of breakfast options we liked. During our last night’s dinner at the executive lounge, Ms. Trang, Ms. Lucie and Ms. Alice surprised us with delicious cake and cute teddy bear as our farewell gift. They also wrote us a very nice thank you card too. My wife and I were very touched by their heart felt nice gesture. We very much look forward to staying here again in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Vinh Yen area.

  Stayed 15 nights and loved every moment at the hotel! My annual lounge access included breakfast, afternoon tea, and fantastic dinners each day, which made the stay even more special. I was also upgraded to a beautiful king suite. The staff were absolutely amazing throughout my stay — warm, attentive, and truly welcoming. A special shoutout to Selina for going above and beyond! After visiting 68 countries, this stands out as one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be returning every year. Thank you so much to the entire team! 🌟
