  Can you believe it? They actually charge for two bottles of mineral water in the fridge—not soda, but plain mineral water! And we only drink it because it's cold, with no warning about the fee! The breakfast was just average, and the overall atmosphere definitely doesn't justify the price. I can only say I won't be coming back a second time.

  Called "luxury" and self claimed 5-star hotel is kinda misleading. To be honest, this should be ranked 3 star. The hotel looks impressive at the first sight with many trees at the balconies, even on high floors. However, when we entered the reception area, our feeling changed. The decoration looks like this hotel was built some time in the 70s-80s of the 20th century. Swimming pool was not taken care of enough, there was dust around. Amenities are old-fashioned but not stylish. Our room was not clean. Used coffee cups and toothpick are still on the table when we checked in. In relation to the breakfast, you can have the eel soup which is a special dish of Nghe An province. The floor was so sticky then, felt like someone poured sugar on it but forgot to clean. Plus point is the location. Easy access to super market and neighbouring good Japanese restaurants.

  Note: I'm critiquing this hotel on a 5 star level as it claims to be 5 stars. The reception was kind and welcoming and offered to carry our bags. Lots of smiles and very informative. In addition our room was beautiful and the view was excellent, as we could see a lot of Vinh. That being said, this is when the quality started to drop. For lunch we went to the hotels restaurant and ordered 2 beef burgers but instead we received raw beef sandwiches (they were not burgers.). We had to ask for them to take the beef and cook them some more. I ordered a chocolate ice blend and when I received it, it looked nothing like the picture, it was basically chocolate milk I was served. We later tried to go to the Spa/Indoor Golf but we were told it was closed for construction. Meanwhile this was something that was advertised as an activity on the pamphlet we received as we checked in. At night we went to the sky bar, where it was dirty. We found used face masks on the lounge chairs. There were holes in the floors and the music they were playing were ads they forgot to skip on YouTube. They also left trash in the hallways and were moving trash in the elevators during open hours. On our last morning, we put a do not disturb sign on our door so when can pack up and get ready to leave but we were disturbed on 2 occasions, I had to tell them to give us 5 more minutes to get ready. This was before we had to check out. Normally, I will understand some of these small mistakes but you can't charge 5 star prices and not deliver 5 star quality.

  Came here for a convention and booked a room. Convention area Good - The stage screen was quite big, and price was cheap. Bad - The event hall smelled really bad, like someone's feet. The carpet was very dirty as well, i'm surprised nobody in their team can do anything about it. Rooms Good - Rooms are large and spacious. Bad - They keep the plastic on their mattress, probably to protect it. But every time you roll around, the plastic noise can be heard. The mattress was quite uncomfortable as well. Breakfast was not fresh. Price is high considering the location and quality of the hotel. This is definitely not 'Luxury'.

  Looks like it is the best hotel in the city of Vinh.the rooms are spacious and clean but big inconsistency in house keeping. Some days they will keep all amenities in the room other days they will not. The bed making was not consistent either. Maybe they have too many staff but not all trained to same standard. The breakfast has a lot of variety and ok but the salad is full of flies. The chairs in the breakfast are however were extremely dirty looks like never cleaned - sticky and mouldy.

  Great hotel for a family stay! The property was very clean, and the location couldn't have been better for our itinerary. We really appreciated the friendly service from the staff and the good amenities available

  The plastic slipper provided in the room was dirty and there was no one time slippers. Breakfast was no good.
