  Dan Holiday was a home away from home for me. I stayed there for three months,from November 2023 to February 2024. My apartment was clean and comfortable, I could cook in the tiny kitchenette if I wanted to. The building is well maintained and I felt safe there. The owner was always helpful and friendly. It was a great place to go out from eveyday ad experience life in Nha Trang , Vietnam.

  Очень хотела поделиться впечатлениями об этой вилле. Прочитала отзывы тогда уже, когда жили в отеле с мужем. Сразу скажу, что никакой грязи не было. Всегда чисто. Хозяйка регулярно делает уборку в фойе и на лестнице. А то, что у вас в комнате творится - это уже ваша грязь. Хозяин был к нам очень добр. Всегда шёл навстречу Все просьбы выполнял. Мы остались очень довольны. Да во дворе открылось французское кафе. Очень рекомендую. Залог вернул без проблем. Приедим ещё раз в этот отель! ❤️❤️❤️

  I read the reviews before renting. It was 9 months ago. And I completely disagree with the negative ones. The owner Dan is a great person: polite, responsible, always smiling. Never cheated with electricity, easily returned my deposit. Under other circumstances, except moving to another area of ​​Vietnam, I would gladly rent a room here for a longer period. Thank you, Dan ❤️

  Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Owner was hitting on my wife and asking inappropriate questions. When we decided to move out due to his inadequate behaviour he refused to give us our pledge back. Stay out out of this place.

  Грязно, шумно. Менеджер не вернул депозит. Под окнами кафе в котором играет музыка, жарят шашлык. Дым шум

  I did regret introduce this hotel to my foreign friends, because of the bad things they suffered. The hotel owner (also the cleaner) specializes in scams and treats them very badly as they can not speak Vietnamese. He often acts so rude, accompanied by impolite statements that force tenants to do what he wants. Especially, He tried not to return the tenant's deposit. And offer the most expensive electricity price and higher than the local government regulations, after read these google reviews, just found out he did that to other tenants as well, not only us. - He disrespect tenants and not keeping his commitments. If you plan to rent a room here, you should reconsider if you don't want to ruin your vacation... Please notice: if there is single women want to live there by themself. not safety at all.   Not recommend to stay there. Such a bad choice forever. Please be careful with the owner's behaviour and attitude. He will lie about the price, never return or try to take at least half of your deposit with fake electric bill, and provide so bad services, what he did during my stay which is completely different to what he introduced and advertised. Very bad experience ever😞
