  If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, I highly recommend staying here. The location is peaceful, yet very convenient, with small grocery stores and restaurants nearby. An Bang Beach is also close enough to reach on foot or by using the bicycles provided by the villa. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness exceeded my expectations. If I come back to Vietnam, I will definitely stay here again. You can also choose to have breakfast, and it's always freshly prepared with care and absolutely delicious. ⭐️

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is peaceful and quiet, yet perfectly located — close to everything without the noise. The service was excellent: attentive, warm, and genuinely helpful. The bed was very comfortable, which made it easy to fully relax after long days out. We also had a massage at the hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic — one of the highlights of our stay. All in all, a place where you really feel taken care of. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for comfort, calm, and great service.

  Amazing Stay at Ka Villa! We recently spent a week here, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you are looking for a blend of convenience, local charm, and great service, this is the spot. Perfect Location: The hotel is just one short block away from the beach. Plus, there are tons of excellent restaurant options within a very short walk. Beautiful Atmosphere: The hotel is decorated with traditional Hoi An-style lanterns both out front and in the courtyard. Looking out our window at the glowing lanterns in the evening was a highlight of our stay. Unique Courtyard: There is a very cute sitting area by a pond filled with large **koi fish**, and we loved the potted plants near the entrance teeming with little guppies. The Room: Our room was incredibly spacious, and the internet was consistently fast—perfect if you need to get any work done or stream movies. Standout Amenities: Free Laundry Service: This was a total game-changer for a week-long stay. We dropped our clothes off in the morning and received them back clean the very next morning. Breakfast: They offer a great variety of both Vietnamese and Western options, so there is something for everyone to start the day right. Staff: Everyone was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home. Bottom line: We highly recommend Ka Villa for anyone visiting the area. The combination of the beautiful courtyard views and the thoughtful service made our trip special!

  We stayed here for 8 nights and had the best customer service we have had at any hotel! Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, well-fed (breakfast), and got to experience everything that we wanted in Hoi An. Rooms - we stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony. The room was huge and very comfortable. The bed was soft, but firm enough for my husband. The bath tub is enormous! The breakfast options consist of about 12 choices. Each person chooses one for the next day. The food was fresh and good portion sizes. You also get a large plate of fresh fruit, fresh juice and coffee or tea. This was a great place for our family!

  I’ve been so excited to write this review because this place has been absolutely outstanding! Every single staff member was so kind and caring and helpful. From the moment we got there early morning we were so impressed with the service. Such a lovely atmosphere, so tranquil and peaceful and they upgraded our room unprompted! They have a free delicious breakfast with a bunch of options, free laundry service and free bikes to use which were super awesome. We felt super welcomed and were greeted every time we walked in. They took the time to recommend places for us and checked in on us a lot. I can’t recommend this place enough, especially for the price!

  Great little bouquet hotel. Room was spacious and clean, a little dated but nice, enjoyed the patio balcony overlooking the the garden & colorful lanterns. Enjoyed the clean pool which is available 24 hours. Nice fresh fruit & tea drink upon arrival. Homemade breakfast was delicious and all the staff was great. We will stay there again.

  We stayed as an extended family group of 10 people ( 6 adults and 4 kids) in 2 family rooms and a double room for 5 nights. Rooms are spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, nice setting in a very convenient location close to the beach and eateries. Breakfast was varied and prepared to order each morning. The vicinity is quiet but Hoi An's old town can be easily accessed by grab. Overall we would recommend staying at the small hotel.

  Our stay at Ka Villa was amazing. The staff were polite, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The rooms were spacious, and the peaceful location made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The complimentary massage was excellent and a wonderful added benefit. I highly recommend Ka Villa for families looking for a comfortable and memorable stay.
