  I had a little trouble when I checked in, but it was quickly resolved and I had a very comfortable stay. The room was easy to use and almost all the facilities were well maintained, so I was able to have a comfortable stay. The staff were also very kind and I didn't have to worry about anything. It's close to the train station, so it's the perfect location for me since I often travel by train. I was pleasantly surprised to see planes taking off from my room.

  I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy.

  Stayed here for a quick overnight to break up the long train ride from Ninh Binh to Dong Hoi. Hotel is located right opposite the train station, so perfect in that regard. Overall, the hotel looks somewhat past its prime, in most places it is clear that this must once've been a grand hotel, which now has aged considerably. Nonetheless, the rooms were perfectly comfortable and had great views over the city. The beds were nice and clean. The bathroom -like many other reviewers mention- flooded with every shower, but was otherwise nice. The included breakfast was served in a part of the restaurant, while the rest of the restaurant felt abandoned, making the entire breakfast setup feel somewhat makeshift. The food was mostly catered towards Asian tastes, but there was enough Western food (including live cooking for eggs) to start the day right. All staff was friendly and helpful.

  This is an older hotel that has an excellent feel about it. old but quality. The price is amazing & it fluctuates it's price on the internet by the day sometimes the rates are in the low $20's AUD. This includes breakfast, amazing , breakfast is a good spread, not the large selection of the more expensive hotels but good quality, my only disappointment was the coffee was the ice type not the hot version. Staff are helpful

  Great hotel,very comfy,clean and quiet,good aircond,great staff. It got 3 stars for allowing guests to smoke at the breakfast tables,it's disappointing to be breathing in other people smoke while trying to taste food.

  This hotel is super expensive for nothing it gives you nothing. The rooms are designed stupidly. You get very little shampoo and soap. Everything cost extra money specifically laundry you can’t do it yourself. You have to pay them. Don’t go to this hotel or any hotel of this chain. This is the second time I’m disappointed

  It’s old, but in very good shape. Everything’s works, nice layout of the rooms. Location is great with a Korean BBQ next door and a good highlands. Staff helpful and friendly.

  Central location, convenient for getting around. The staff are enthusiastic, I booked the room through the sales team, and Mr Nam was very attentive in advising me. The room is clean.
