  Incredible experience at Modena, 1 hour travel from Hanoi was absolutely worth it - had a perfect weekend there, facilities are new, cafe is really good, staff are professional, managed well and can always trust the Frasers brand in Vietnam. They also have a Legend City sales room near the cafe, recommend checking it out. Will recommend this hotel for anyone looking to visit Vinh Phuc or have a short trip from Hanoi, best choice in Vinh Phuc.

  I had a wonderful dining experience at the Modena Hotel restaurant. A special thanks to Nguyet Nguyen for her outstanding service. She was warm, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Her kindness made our meal even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and truly appreciate Nguyet Nguyen's exceptional hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  A beautiful location, a quiet atmosphere perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are well-equipped and clean, the staff are incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. The food is delicious and varied. I will definitely return.

  Returning to Modena by Fraser Vĩnh Yên was just as impressive as my first stay. This time, the food and beverages truly stood out. The breakfast was fresh and diverse, with great Asian and Western options, excellent coffee, and refreshing juices. I also enjoyed the well-prepared dishes and nicely crafted drinks from the menu. A perfect choice for business travelers who appreciate quality dining along with comfort.

The facilities are excellent, but what truly makes this hotel special is the outstanding level of service provided by each and every staff member. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality are truly impressive. Among them, I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Duy Hieu from the Reception Team, who always welcomes guests with the warmth and care of a family member. A few days ago, I contacted him regarding a reservation for some friends who will be visiting Vietnam in the near future. Despite the late hour and my various requests, he patiently coordinated everything and provided thoughtful assistance. I am truly grateful for his kindness and dedication. Thanks to his support, I am confident that my friends will be able to enjoy the best benefits and a comfortable stay during their visit. I would also like to recognize the friendly breakfast chef who takes care of guests every morning. His bright smile and genuine customer-oriented attitude always make my mornings pleasant and enjoyable. The delicious breakfast and his warm hospitality are among the highlights of my stay.   We stayed at Modena for the April 30th break and had a good experience. One area for improvement is the breakfast; the buffet should be refilled more promptly as food was often running out by 8:00 AM. That said, the rooms were spotless and the housekeeping team was lovely. Special shoutout to Phuong, the Housekeeping Leader, for her outstanding service and dedication!

  Can't fault this hotel, the room was fantastic, had the best sleep of our 3 week trip. The staff were very friendly offering to help arrange onward transport. They have free bicycles to rent for cycling around the lake and the breakfast was superb.

  The room and bed are very spacious, clean, and cozy. Breakfast is delicious. The surroundings are wonderful; although the hotel is not very large, each apartment is lovely and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The reception staff are very friendly; I'm particularly impressed with Huong and Xuan, who were very professional in quickly helping me retrieve my forgotten braces. Thank you.
