  The hotel has a very good structure, the rooms are extremely comfortable, and at reception there's a girl named Hoa she helped me with many things, including booking my trip to Hanoi. A highly recommended place in the city 😀😀

  Room: It is beautiful and has 3 beds which are soft and nice. Service: They added for us a bed and breakfast buffet. The foods were really enjoyable. Near the reception,there is a soft sofa that i chill on it.😃 Location: Its in the center of Vinh so I can find it easily.

  We stopped at this hotel for 2 nights on our way through to Danang. It's a bit out of the main town and right near the hospital which made it noisy at nights with all the sirens. We booked the Executive Suite which had river views. Upon entering the room I was not happy with the state of the room or the internet strength so went back to reception to see staff. They were obliging and moved us to another room which was very kind of them, even delivering some oranges as a nice gesture. They handled the whole situation very professionally and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The beds are very hard unfortunately but this seems to be an ongoing issue in Vietnam for hotels not in high tourist areas.

  The room was clean, nothing broken, nice big window. The bed wasn’t very good, hard. It wasn’t the easiest to find, grab driver had to look a bit which was odd as this is a big hotel. Everyone at the hotel was very nice and friendly.

  Very nice hotel. Feels like a 4 star hotel, but on the sign it's just three. Anyways it's nice and has a great view on Vinh.

  Arrived late via 7 hour train from Hue. Fast welcome after a 4 minute walk from train station. The room is perfect and 3 stars is correct. Not a 2 and not a 4 but a solid 3. Clean, neat. Good ac, great comforter...slept like a baby. Smart TV would be nice but not a deal breaker. Thank you to the hotel.

  All Staff were very welcoming and very friendly. The rooms were well appointed, but the bed very, very firm. Food in the restaurant for dinner was very nice and very reasonably priced. The breakfast was adequate.|We found the hotel to be a fair distance from local eateries and shops .
