  The staff are so welcoming! Doing everything in their power to help! They speak very good English. The rooms are nice, very clean, beds are comfortable. Definitely worth it!

  The room is clean and tidy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The security levels is strong with 24/24 cctv recorder. Suitable for friends and family gatherings or vacation

  Value for money. The hotel is a bit old but room is spacious enough. Very good location. Nice lift. No safe lock in the room. Nice staff. Very good breakfast for a 3 star hotel with room price abt 610k vnd/night. Housekeeping staffs are very noisy when they are making room.

  The room was clean and comfortable, reception was friendly and quick. Breakfast was included but only until 9 a.m, which I think is a bit too early. It wasn’t all too good, but enough. The only thing I can complain about is the staff literally shouting in the hallway at 7:30 in the morning, and a sudden knock on almost every door by them without any context. I opened up but the lady was already 3 rooms ahead. We didn’t order a wake up service at 7:50 in the morning nor did we have to check out, so I don’t really get what that was about. Sleeping was no option anymore due to that and as mentioned before, the shouting.

  I had a wonderful experience at Muong Thanh Thanh Nien Hotel. During my stay, I accidentally left my backpack at the reception, and the front desk team were incredibly helpful and attentive. They kept it safe, contacted me promptly, and handled everything with professionalism and kindness.||The hotel itself offers great value for money — clean rooms, good facilities, and a comfortable atmosphere. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around.||I truly appreciate the excellent service and thoughtful support from the staff.|Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and reliable stay!

  Hotel is older and in need of some maintenance, not to bad for the money. Room service was terrible, did not get what we ordered and the food was average at best my wife paid 200000 dong for an hour massage that lasted 19 minutes. There is a karaoke bar on level 2 that you can hear throughout all floors of the hotel, made it difficult to sleep. Give this place a wide berth
