  The staff here are incredibly friendly—it’s no wonder they have such a high rating! The price is excellent, and I loved the stylish layout. Having a free bicycle rental and an in-room washer and dryer was so convenient. There’s also some very good pho nearby! My only tip: try to avoid the ground floor, as it felt a bit damp and had a strong smell.

  The location of the accommodation is very good. It is not too noisy, and not too far from the center of the old town. The accommodation has bicycles available to move to Hoi An ancient town. Very impressed with the enthusiastic reception of the receptionist with all the guidance and full support. The apartment with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 private toilets is suitable for a long stay. The small and beautiful kitchen does not have too many tools, but it is enough to prepare a few quick meals at the accommodation if you don't want to go out to eat. The furniture and equipment in the apartment are all working well and carefully maintained. Not too old like other places. In particular, the apartment has a small balcony that makes the apartment space airy. The accommodation deserves a 5* rating for all experiences. Thank you for your very nice welcome.

  We stayed here for 2 nights and found the apartment very comfortable, with thoughtful amenities like filtered water and a washing machine. Ly was extremely helpful and polite, offering great suggestions for exploring Hoi An. The location was perfect—just a 10-minute walk from the main market, making it convenient yet peaceful, which was ideal for my parents to relax.

  We have a great two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a small balcony, washer/dryer and a rooftop pool, just outside the ancient city of Hoi An, in Son Phong. It’s just a 5 minute Grab ride in. There are a couple of good restaurants, nearby, many coffee bars, and a bakery. The hotel has a filtered water machine in the lobby. Comfortable beds, nice linens/pillows, good A/C. The two gentlemen that work at the front desk are outstanding.

  Loved everything about this place. Starting with the front desk, staff, which were wonderful The location was great for a short walk to old town and an inexpensive short taxi ride to the beach The room was cozy, comfortable and clean I definitely recommend staying here Oh, and the host that I dealt with had great communication and was quick to respond.

  Great spot to stay in hoi an, great staff and cozy rooms with anything you would need. The pool area is a great touch, being a great way to relax for a bit

  Good location to stay, There's a big mart next to the hotel which would be best if you have a family. All the restaurants and pubs are few steps walk from the property.
