  The room on picture look really nice but somehow, specifically, room 402 really dirty. The air conditioner was terrible. And the bed dirty. It have that amoniac smell, and even a dead roach? I did take a look on other room and it pretty clean to be fair, this proof the staff only clean room that have guest. Room rarely have, they probaly ignore it.

  Staff seemed nice,breakfast was very basic,very cheap meat cuts,and basic noodles and rice. We had to change rooms at 9:30pm because we found 3 cockroaches in the room. The hotel needs alot of work it's dissapointing they false advertise on Google and say it's 4 star then the lobby says 3 star? It may have been a 3 star year's ago but it's old and broken now. Pool was green and un usable,food area had a door hanging off and We were accused of taking drinks from mini bar at checkout,we didn't take it I know and they eventually let us leave. It's a sad hotel we won't return

  It's an old rundown hotel. Not very clean. If I had not been travelling all day I would have gone elsewhere. The bathroom & the whole hotel needed be renovated. It was probably a nice hotel 50 years ago. It cheep but if you pay more you would get a better hotel.

  i am incredibly disappointed. we arrived around 5:30 in the morning and were told our check in time was 10:30. we waited in the lobby wich apparently is also used as an event hall, for about one hour they were playing excruciatingly loud music and a group of people just yelling about. we went to check in at half past ten and got told to wait again till 12, at this point very tired and exhausted. at twelve we finally got to check in, went to the room and had a bomb shell dropped on us. the room was dirty the floor had loads of stains and the pool i was so excited about looked more like a swamp. the hallway reeked of cigarets and the walls had splatters and webs all over them. not worth the 60€ we paid. we emediatly checked back out and thankfully got a full refund.

  😊: Two free bottles of water in the room. 😢: The city, the hotel, everything. If you were teleported randomly to any place at anytime. Yiu would think you were in post chernobyl, depression central.

  Stayed there for a night while on a business trip through the province. The hotel at that time was still semi operational due to the virus situation. The images on their webpage look very nice, but they are very outdated, and it is more than evident that the hotel is at a stage where major improvement and upgrading is urgently necessary. From what I saw, the 7th or 8th floor was undergoing major renovation works. ||The room itself was OK, everything worked, inclusive or WIFI, although a bit slow but working. But again, what is presented on the webpage looks very different in reality.||Considering that I was told that it still is the best hotel in town, choices are limited. ||In summary, it is a local hotel and when you stay there, you must be aware of it. But it is manageable for a night or two

  😊: There is a secure parking area with a security guard( on the road left of the hotel,about 50 meters down on the right). It's well equipped, refrigerator, kettle etc, and the lighting is good.. 😢: The rooms are quite old looking now,especially the furniture and the carpet..

  😊: Nice room with breakfast no English spoken but we got by thks to google laundry done quickly much appreciated we paid for it though.
