  Been there with my friends, overalls everyone are happy with friendliness, cleanliness,herbs massage, showers, and everyone want to come back. They are willing to help for food location and so dont mind to ask. Cheers 🍻

  Great service! The receptionist is a sweetheart and the massage is top notch. I went there 2 days in a row, did not disappoint to amaze.

  Overall experience was very mid, the massage was mid, it was also a bit noisy people were talking very loudly in the front as well as someone coming in and out of the room every 5 seconds I could barely relax

  I’ve visited this spa multiple times because it is conveniently located in the city center and stays open late. Unfortunately, my experiences have been consistently disappointing. On a previous visit for a massage, the therapist spent part of the session talking on her phone while giving me a massage. Even after I politely asked her to stop, she ignored my request and continued touching me after handling her phone, which I found both unprofessional and unhygienic. Today was the worst experience by far. I came in late in the evening because there were very few other places open at that time. I only wanted a simple hair wash. After applying shampoo to my hair, the staff member simply left, and I was left lying there with shampoo in my hair for about 30 minutes. I couldn’t even get up and leave because my hair was covered in soap. While I was waiting, I heard a group of male customers arrive. It seemed that the staff decided to prioritize them instead. When someone finally came back to attend to me, it was another woman who wasn’t even wearing a uniform. She rushed through the rest of the service as quickly as possible. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this spa to anyone.
