  Relaxing and reviving experiences, it was one of the most awesome massage sessions I’ve ever had. 140min premium package is worth every penny, specifically relieved my pain the back and shoulder. Definitely worth a 5-star review and next appointment

  very quality massage and nice space but they did sneak in a "100k mandatory tip". not a big issue since I would be happy to pay for the massage at that price but it leaves a bad taste in the mouth at the end of a nice experience

  First time I went here, it was amazing 5/5. But since returning 7 months later, their service quality has changed. I booked an appointment and arrived just to be told the service I wanted is full and I need to pick differently, I chose a normal massage and to focus on hands, feet and neck. But the massage didn't focus on those areas for long and the massage was very hard even when I picked normal. The food I ordered wasn't delivered, I waited 20 minutes before being told I will not be served what I ordered. Overall, not the best experience which is contrast to the first time I came here.

  It was ok. But the experience didn't match the price. The atmosphere is nice, new and clean. The masseuse I had was friendly but she only asked me one question. She asked, "Ok?". I understand there's a language barrier. But she could have used her phone to translate. My massage felt rushed. Every move she made felt like she was in a hurry to get it done as quickly as possible. I'm surprised I didn't get to soak my feet before the massage. Usually spas do this to clean the feet. If I'm paying extra for Savillas, why didn't they wash my feet first? I don't think I will return. There are other spas in Vinh that are half the price for the same quality as Savillas.
