  This is such a professionally managed spa. I usually get foot/leg massages sitting in the easy chairs, but the manager suggested I'd have a better experience upstairs. The treatment room was clean and well appointed. My foot/leg massage was superb, including the last few minutes devoted to a shoulder/back massage. When the masseuse said, "Finished," I sat up on the table and she jumped behind me and worked kinks out of my back for an extra five minutes. "Now finished," she said through a smile. To my surprise, I was treated to fresh passion fruit juice and mango puree pudding while decompressing in the lobby before paying the very reasonable fee--same I'd paid in DaNang without the dessert treats! Nothing charged for the extra time. Highly recommend.

  Silver Moon Spa in Hoi An was honestly one of the most relaxing experiences of our trip. The moment you walk in, the atmosphere instantly makes you slow down — calm music, soothing aroma, and a peaceful vibe throughout the spa. What truly stands out here is the staff. Everyone is incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive without being overwhelming. They make you feel comfortable from the very beginning and genuinely care about your experience. The massage and treatments were deeply relaxing, with great attention to detail and pressure perfectly adjusted to comfort. After days of walking around Hoi An, this felt like the perfect reset for both body and mind. The spa is clean, beautifully maintained, and has a very calming aesthetic that adds to the overall experience. From the hospitality to the service quality, everything felt thoughtful and professional. If you’re visiting Hoi An and looking for a place to truly unwind, Silver Moon Spa is absolutely worth visiting. A peaceful little escape with amazing service and lovely people.

  Wow! My friend and I came to the place across the street for a massage and facial. Luckily for us they were closed, because we found silver moon spa! What an AMAZING experience!!! The masseuses we're extremely knowledgeable and targeted the areas we requested. This was the best massage I have had in a long time. Afterwards they gave us fresh mango and juice and an adorable little purse or bag! Above and beyond, 10/10 highly recommend!!

  I had an amazing experience with a Vietnamese massage at this salon. The massage it self was absolutely great — I felt deeply relaxed, and the therapist worked through my muscles very thoroughly. The salon is very clean and clearly recently renovated, which made the whole experience even more pleasant. As soon as I arrived, they welcomed me with a foot bath filled with fresh lime slices — such a refreshing and thoughtful touch. At the end of the session, they treated me to juice and mango purée, and even gave me a small bag as a gift. I was truly impressed by the level of care and attention to detail. I’m absolutely delighted and would highly recommend this place!

  Absolutely amazing service l, staff were very helpful and friendly. We were a group of 4 and were extremely accommodating. Will definitely visit again during our 2 weeks stay!!!! During our 2 weeks stay we indeed returned and not another Vietnamese massage…absolutely amazing!!! Can’t recommend the is place enough!!!

  I had a basic pedicure at this spa, and it was such a lovely, tranquil experience. It included a foot wash and nail trim, then colour. The girls were all so pleasant and the salon was spotlessly clean. As a bonus, I was given a mango smoothy and orange juice to enjoy while waiting for my polish to dry. How do they do this for such a good price?

  Great service! Felt taken care of throughout, with the manager explaining the different packages patiently and with perfect english. Gave snacks and water at the start, soaked feet in water with lemongrass and lemon where they later help to scrub your feet with salt. The massage was alright, nothing special, but the service was good. The mango dessert at the end was good.
