  Found Vietnam Local Adventures through a friend's recommendation and they did not disappoint. Julia helped us book a premium cruise in Bai Tu Long Bay and the whole process was so easy. She is very professional, speaks great English, and her response time is super fast. The price was fair and the service was top-quality. We felt very well taken care of from start to finish.   Kate was super responsive from the time I texted her till we ended the tour! She had great recommendations for the cruise, handled all our bookings, pick ups and drop off with such ease! The Majesty Prime cruise that she booked us on was stunning, super comfortable, great food and really fun activities! We were travelling with our 4 year old and they made sure that he had kid friendly food, comfortable seats for all the transits and also assistance with all the activities! I’d definitely recommend this company for all your Vietnam adventures!

  I just finished an incredible 4-day Ha Giang Loop and 3-day Cao Bang Loop, and I cannot recommend Vietnam Less Touristy Tours enough! As a solo traveler, I wanted something safe, authentic, and breathtaking, and Ms. Mây delivered exactly that. From booking to the last day, the organization was perfect. Ms. Mây was fantastic in planning, ensuring I saw the most stunning, less-visited spots. The Ha Giang loop offered unreal mountain scenery, while the Cao Bang loop was a hidden gem with breathtaking, quieter roads. My easy rider was professional, safe, and friendly, making the long journey feel easy and fun. If you are looking for an authentic, well-managed adventure away from the crowds, this is the team to book with! Thank you, Ms. Mây, for making my solo trip unforgettable.

  My family and I had an amazing experience with Vietnam Local Adventures from beginning to end. The tour guides were lively, fun, and incredibly welcoming. We visited several Michelin-recommended restaurants and enjoyed delicious, flavorful, and freshly prepared Vietnamese dishes. We also learned so much about Vietnamese cuisine and the cultural influences of both the French and Chinese. The desserts at the end were just as incredible — absolutely delicious! I would 100% recommend this food tour to anyone visiting Vietnam. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip!

  From the moment we booked the trip until the very last day of the tour, the team was absolutely amazing — helpful, responsive, and always quick to assist. We ran into a few hiccups along the way, but everything was handled so efficiently and professionally that it made the experience stress-free. Honestly, we would definitely book with them again when we come back to Vietnam. For the price we paid, the hotels, food, and overall accommodations were easily 10/10.

  From booking to arrival — from Sapa to Ha Giang and back to Hanoi — Maya has been incredible, with lightning-fast responses throughout. As a solo traveler, that level of support made all the difference. She was always my go-to, and even helped me upgrade from a dorm to a private room with just a quick text before arrival in Ha Giang — everything was handled instantly and seamlessly. The Ha Giang Loop itself was an unforgettable experience. What made it even more special was being grouped with like-minded, positive young souls. I spent my 40th birthday on the first day of the trip, and the entire journey turned out to be something truly meaningful and memorable. My Easy Rider, Houc, was a respectful and dependable young gentleman. He carried himself well, was mindful of rest and safety, and I always felt completely at ease riding with him. A true legend, and honestly one of the best teammates you could ask for on this kind of adventure. Thank you to the Ha Giang Loop team for such an incredible experience.

  We spent 12 days in the North of Vietnam which was organised by Elizabeth from Vietnam Local Adventures (Vietnam Less Touristy Tours). We started in Hanoi then travelled to Ninh Binh, Halong Bay, back to Hanoi for the Chapa night train to Sapa, Ha Giang (Panhou Retreat) and back to Hanoi. We had a super stay in this wonderful country and can’t thank Elizabeth and her crew enough. Everything was organised for us from fast tracking us through customs, private transfers, amazing hotels and all the tours (which were small groups or just ourselves) Jeep Tour, Walking food tour, Trang An, Hang Mua, Fansipan, the Glass Bridge, Cat Cat Village and so much more. And we had plenty of free time to explore places on our own. They listened to what we wanted to do and made it happen and were in contact with us every day. Nothing was too difficult for them, even last minute changes. We must say all the hotels we chose from the selections given to us were wonderful and the staff were helpful and welcoming, the guides were so relaxed, helpful and informative and the drivers delivered us everywhere with ease. Elizabeth and her staff/services will be highly recommended to our friends for their adventures in Vietnam. Im sure we will be back.

  I had a meaningful 10-day trip in Vietnam with Vietnam Local Adventure. They are well-known on Instagram and provide excellent service. Everyone was very friendly, and Judy was extremely supportive throughout the trip, responding quickly with information. There was one time I had an issue with a hotel at night, and she still helped me out. Their office is also very cheerful and welcoming 😍
