  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best bars I’ve visited. The drinks were outstanding and made exactly to my preferences. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave excellent recommendations. The service was professional, the atmosphere was great, and every drink was crafted with care and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality cocktails and a great bar experience. I will definitely be coming back!

  Pretty nice bar with a different customer mix compared to many other places in the city, as it attracts a lot of young western guests. We came for the live music and it was decent, but the surprising moment of the night was when one of the customers got on stage and started singing — she was much better than the actual singers, and the whole place loved it. The food was just ok and not something worth coming specifically to eat, so it’s better to have your meal first and then come here for drinks and music. One standout point is the staff; I noticed a female staff member who was extremely focused, keeping every table clean and taking orders flawlessly. It was impressive to watch and added a lot to the overall experience.

  Have been here twice and both nights provide excellent cocktails and great live music with a mixture of Vietnamese and English singing.

  A rare place in this town to find handcrafted cocktails made with attention to detail! Expect to pay 200k. Live music is loud given the small scale but always very good.

  I very like the environment of NO21, the owner has the good taste at design of this bar. The staff take care of every customer. The cocktail there is really fit my taste. I will definitely visit again!

  Best cocktails in Vung Tau! It is evident that the mixologists put a lot of care into their creations. I really like the vibe here and they have live music sometimes (the band I saw was fantastic). I will definitely be back.

  I love this place food was excellent and the waiter here he is very nice guy even he can’t speak English well but he tried to understand me and I can’t speak his language but we tried to talk 😂 there is live music every Saturday start around 9:00-11:00 PM.
