Good place to drink coffee or a fruit shake and watch the world go by near the Rex hotel, the beach and the hydrofoil to Saigon

Café Ông Già, located on Le Quy Don Street, is perfectly situated in Front Beach’s lively tourist spot. You can relax indoors or out, soaking in the sea breeze and watching the cars go by. Their drink menu is a treat, with everything from classic machine coffee to soft drinks and fruit juices. I usually grab a glass of machine coffee or iced Lipton tea when I’m hanging out with friends. The prices at Café Ông Già are pretty good, so it’s a great spot for coffee lovers on a budget. We would recommend this cafe turn down the music to make our chats even more enjoyable. Furthermore, the service should be proactivc once guests arrived.

Nestled on Le Quy Don Street, this Ong Gia (Old Father) coffee shop capitalizes on its prime location within the bustling tourism area of Front Beach. The shop’s design provides both indoor and outdoor seating options, allowing patrons to experience drinks in indoors or the freshness of the outdoors while enjoying the sea view and the rhythmic flow of vehicles passing by. The cafe’s beverage menu offers a diverse range of options, including traditional machine coffee, soft drinks, and fruit juices. I frequently opt for a glass of machine coffee or iced Lipton tea while socializing with friends. The pricing at Ong Gia Cafe is reasonably competitive, making it an affordable choice for coffee enthusiasts. To enhance our social interactions, the music volume should be adjusted to a lower level.

Beautiful coffee shop, closed to the sea. Young staff and customers. Large choices of drinks.

I had black coffee and the portion was quite small. My friends has the kem sữa bơ drink and it was watery and not flavorful.

Went there for a few beers. The waitress and other serving staff were disinterested and detached. There is a shelf behind the bar with many exotic drinks on it. There are a number of bottles of Belgian beer which I was very much interested in sampling. The barman said: "oh we don't sell those." So, I had yet another bottle of Tiger. Haizz.
