  Vietnam is well known for its COFFEE CULTURE, and Vung Tau is no exception. The are limitless choices of local café’s around Vung Tau City. The Vietnamese styled café’s are normally the OPEN AIRED STYLE, with small seating along the street front. The coffee is usually STRONG (ROBUSTA) and served with sweetened CONDENSED MILK. They can also make it as a COLD variation, by simply adding ICE to the cup. If you want to enjoy your caffeine hit in a comfortable, air-conditioned environment, with a great ocean view, the HIGHLANDS CAFÉ, along the seafront, is a great place to enjoy a more traditional WESTERN styled brew: Americano, espresso, latte, cappuccino, etc. Safe travels, Mega.

  Good price , Good view. But the coffe quality is not impressive at all , I mean people can make any low quality brand/coffeshop popular just look at lavazza , I can see now why they have a double shot option cause the first shot option is not only is too weak but flavourless also.

  Told her less sugar but milk tea still so sweet. Table in the second floor all cup left on table , messed up, view of balcony was blocked by the tree
