  Great machines (including best selection of squat type machines I've ever seen), never too crowded when I'm there, and better vibes than the front beach location.

  Super disappointed. It was extremely hot because the air conditioning wasn’t turned on. The ventilation was also very poor, especially during peak hours. I can understand trying to optimize operating costs during off-peak hours, but not during peak times when the place is overcrowded. It made the environment very uncomfortable.

  Lately no air-conditioning it's hotter inside the gym than outside. Just being cheap they do this in da nang at alot of gyms too

  Such a big disappointment for one of the biggest gyms in Vung Tau. No towels are provided, while even smaller gyms in other provinces offer complimentary towels for customers. The customer service and overall experience do not match the expensive membership price. Staff need better training to match the professional image FitGym is trying to build.

  Absolutely disappointed overall, only the receptionist girl is friendly and doing her job but the rest is useless and unhelpful, would definitely recommend my friend to use other location instead .
