  I had been dealing with a persistent fever for an entire week without any improvement, so I decided to visit this clinic. One of the reasons I chose this place was because my company requires a medical certificate in English for sick leave, and they were able to support that smoothly. I was truly impressed by the professionalism of both the doctors and nurses. They were incredibly gentle, attentive, and caring throughout the entire process, which made me feel very comfortable despite not feeling well. The facility itself is also well-equipped, with a pleasant waiting area offering tea, snacks, and refreshments, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the quality of care and the environment here. This will definitely be a place I trust and return to for my healthcare needs in the future.

  We got food poisoning on our fifth day in Vietnam after having chicken noodles in Hoi An — probably due to the chicken not being fresh. Both my partner and I had diarrhea that kept coming and going for over 10 days, even after taking some medicine. My partner later found this clinic with excellent reviews online, so we took a taxi here — and it didn’t disappoint. The receptionist was warm and welcoming, the female doctor was very patient and thorough in answering our questions, and another gentleman (whose name we didn’t catch) was also very kind and attentive. They prescribed a week’s worth of medication, and my partner felt much better by the second day. Now it’s the fifth day, and he can even eat meat again! We’re truly grateful for the team’s professionalism and care. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need.

  I am very satisfied with the service I received today. When I walked in this morning (no appointment) the front desk staff made me feel very welcome. Within 10 minutes the male nurse was already checking my vitals before seeing the doctor. The whole process was very efficient and I felt cared for and heard, and the doctor was very knowledgeable. When I had to get an X-ray taken, they drove me to the local hospital and guided me step by step, door to door. I felt very comfortable. They are wonderful, caring people and could recommend this clinic to anyone (also foreigners) to receive the best care possible. Thank you again for everything! ❤️

  Wonderful medical center here in Vũng Tầu. Friendly doctors and staff. I needed stiches removed and they were very helpful and explained the aftercare in great detail. Very responsive and respectful. Absolutely recommend this medical center for those needing English speaking clinics.

  Suffered a back injury whilst on holiday from Australia. Travel insurance recommended Raffles. Great service and attention. I had an ultrasound for muscle and nerve damage. Medication was issued onsite and very efficient.

  I got food poisoning, after 4 days I needed to see a doctor. Raffles is a medical centre not a hospital, but it seems very well appointed with clean. Modern facilities. It was late afternoon, I was weak and dehydrated and on the verge of collapse (not helped by the taxi that dropped me a block too far away and I had to walk). I was seen and triaged in minutes. We needed a passport and a credit card. They had all pharmacy products available. They were genuinely caring and compassionate. They allowed me time to lay down as I was so weak. They said if I had made it in earlier, they could have had more time to IV me, but it was closing time and the best I could do is drink electrolytes in water. We left after allowing me recovery and escorted me to my return Grab. Once in the Hotel, I got a text that our medicine was left behind. The nurse brought it to our hotel that night at 9:30pm. Went through the med schedule with my wife again in the lobby. She was lovely. 2 days later I was much better, and we happened to coincidentally walk past the nurse in the street on our way to dinner. She was so kind and asked how I was and gave us a great recommendation for some local food places to eat. I felt to blessed to have chosen Raffles by chance. I would give them 6/5 if I could.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. First time in my life I have actually been greeted by the doctor at the appointed time. 2024 Update: I've been a regular client of Raffles Vung Tau for nearly 10 years, and still rate the clinic as outstanding. I highly recommend the Elite Men's Health Check, at least annually, especially for those blokes over 50. It's the most thorough health checklist I've undergone. Staff are still the best in VT.

  No reply via email, staff is friendly, ultrasound available (no ct scan), no price transparency (price list unavailable), expensive (an ultrasound is usually between 300k and 600k - here it's more than 2 million). Overall pretty average especially if you take cost into account. I'm gonna try Vung Tau hospital in a couple of days and review it as well. We'll see if it's any better 👍
