Dr. Vu Hong Thang is highly skilled and genuinely dedicated. I fell ill during my trip to Vietnam, and he took excellent care of me. His diagnosis was quick and spot-on, and thanks to his treatment, I was able to get back on my feet and enjoy the rest of my vacation. He might come across a little stern at first, but it’s clear he really cares about his patients and takes his work seriously. The whole process was much faster than what I’m used to in Canada — no long waits at all. I truly recommend him!

So far, I have accompanied several family members here and managed their examinations as a consulting doctor. Today I was there myself and requested an imaging diagnostic. As with the family members, this was carried out very conscientiously and thoroughly. The scope even exceeded the task I had given. As a doctor, I can confirm that my colleagues in imaging diagnostics do a good job there. I will continue to recommend patients there for imaging diagnostics and will also have myself examined there again in the future. I cannot say anything about other departments, as I naturally decided on my own interpretations and treatment.

My first visit ever to this hospital. I immediately had preliminary tests done, ultrasound, urine test, EKG. Diagnosed and given medication in under 90 minutes. Friendly helpful staff, highly recommended. Very affordable.

Completely disorganized. Lots of line cutting. Wanted a checkup without a blood test or xray. They refused. Said they had to do those things if i was to get a checkup.

If you don't speak Vietnamese, avoid. No service, no one speaks English. They can't even put any signs in English. This would be fine if they didn't talk about being an international hospital. They are not. Also, their services have become more limited over the years. Go straight to ba ria hospital if you have an accident, they are not equipped.

I have been there for an ankle fracture exam. It took so long for doctor to respond. Nobody spoke English and didn't care. I'm never going back.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and frustration with the treatment my mother and I received during our recent visit to your hospital. From the moment we arrived, the behavior of the front desk and associate staff was completely unacceptable. They spoke to my mother in a rude, dismissive, and disrespectful manner. There was no empathy, no professionalism, and no basic courtesy shown to a patient who came seeking care. Instead of helping, the staff acted careless and uninterested, as if our presence was an inconvenience. In addition, the front desk staff were openly talking among themselves, behaving in a joking manner, and making inappropriate comments about patients instead of focusing on their responsibilities. This is extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment. My mother was already stressed and vulnerable, yet the way your employees communicated only made the situation worse. Their tone and attitude were inappropriate and disrespectful. Because of this experience, we will never return to your hospital, and I will not recommend your services to any friend or family member. No patient or family should ever be treated the way we were.

The attitude of the nurse in Room 605, ENT Department, was truly unacceptable, raising her voice, being rude, insulting, and belittling the patient. Patients pay for medical services; we are not begging to be treated that way. Extremely disappointing. I will never return, and I definitely won’t recommend this place to my family or friends, because no one deserves to experience such disrespect. I had high expectations, thinking a new hospital with good facilities would offer decent service. But the actual experience was… eye-opening 🙂
