  글쓰기 I recently stayed at Fusion Suites Vung Tau, and once again, it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff at the entrance, whose genuine friendliness and professionalism immediately set a positive tone for the entire stay. Every visit to this hotel feels special, but this time was particularly meaningful. The swimming pool and overall facilities are outstanding—clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to provide both relaxation and comfort. It is truly a place where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with your family. What made this visit even more unforgettable was that I came to celebrate my wife’s and my son’s birthdays. The hotel staff went above and beyond to prepare a lovely birthday surprise for us, and their thoughtful gesture deeply touched our hearts. It created such a warm and joyful atmosphere, turning a special occasion into a truly cherished memory. I sincerely appreciate the attention to detail and the exceptional level of service provided by the entire team. It is rare to find a place that consistently delivers such a high standard of hospitality. Without hesitation, I would give Fusion Suites Vung Tau my highest recommendation and rating. I am already looking forward to my next visit.

  The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We were traveling with a small baby, and they took great care of us and our child. I hope the hotel will continue to provide the same outstanding level of service and maintain its quality consistently over time

  I’m not someone who usually takes the time to write reviews, but this hotel truly deserves one. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The entire team went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable, and their warm hospitality made me feel right at home. The service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what made the experience truly special was the people. Every interaction left a positive impression, and it’s clear that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Thank you for making my stay such a memorable one. I will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

  Very good location and services. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff friendly and quick check in and check out processes. Room is spacious, facilities a bit dated but clean. Top floor infinity pool area did not look like what they featured on website, beach lounge chairs were push aside and only bar tables and high chairs were set up around the pool, not able to lounge by pool and enjoy the sea view. Pool area can use some care and maintenance as it was a bit unorganized ( chairs and tables can be set up in better order) and dirty. A very kid/family friendly hotel but not for couples looking for a romantic getaway. With multiple pools, maybe management can consider dedicating one pool for adults only?

  I stayed at Fusion Suites Vung Tau for two nights and initially had a wonderful experience. As a first-time guest, the hotel exceeded my expectations; the staff were attentive, and the breakfast was amazing. The hotel team was especially helpful in assisting us with fridge space for our 7 month old’s milk. However, our last day was completely ruined by an incredibly disappointing experience at Maia Spa. My wife and I had back to back 30 minute appointments (10:00 AM and 10:45 AM) because one of us always needs to be with the baby. The day before, the spa staff suggested we combine these into one 60minute session for me. At 9:50 AM, an unexpected issue with the baby meant I would be 5–10 minutes late. I proactively messaged the spa to let them know. Despite the combined slot technically lasting until 11:15 AM, the staff refused to give me the full 60 minutes, insisting I could only have 50. This felt like petty bargaining, especially since they were the ones who suggested combining the sessions in the first place. The most upsetting part was when the staff told me that if I "must come down right now," I could have the full 60 minutes. This was incredibly insensitive. I had already explained I was busy tending to my infant; forcing a guest to choose between their child and a spa appointment is unacceptable. I am paying above 4,000,000 VND per night a premium holiday rate comparable to international 5 star brands and I did not expect to have to argue over 5 minutes of service while busy with a baby. I ended up canceling the treatment as the stress completely ruined the mood. Since this service was included in my room rate, I feel this was a total waste of both my time and money.

  I stayed at Fusion Suites during my recent business trip to Vung Tau and was absolutely satisfied. It was the perfect blend of work and relaxation:| Room & View: Beautiful, quiet, and spotless. The stunning ocean view was the perfect stress-reliever after a long day of work.| Breakfast Buffet: Delicious with a wide variety of dishes, including plenty of healthy options to power up for the day.| Staff: A solid 10/10 for their professionalism, attentiveness, and heartfelt dedication.||Special thanks to GM Colin: I was highly impressed by the General Manager. Despite his busy schedule, he is incredibly hands-on, taking the time to personally meet and genuinely check in on every guest's experience. His dedication made my business trip feel so warm and welcoming.

  The service was very good from start to finish, phou who served us up at the rooftop bar Was a fantastic bar man and always smiling and friendly. The buffet was the best we have ever experienced, there was a great variety and quality. I usually don’t go to buffets but I was looking forward to it every morning. The room was very clean and spectacular. We had a massage everyday and thoroughly enjoyed it. My partner and I fell asleep during our foot reflexology it was that relaxing. If I am being overly critical, check in took longer then I expected and even though we got to the hotel at 10am it took until slightly after 3pm before our room was ready. We would have loved to have a higher level floor. Our room type said levels 3-7, we got allocated level 4. If I was to return I would request 5-7 as a run down building was blocking some of our view. Overall fantastic hotel and would definitely return

  Had a fantastic stay at Fusion! The breakfast spread had a great variety, definitely something to look forward to every morning. My room also came with a complimentary 30 minute massage, which was very relaxing and a nice touch.The hotel was clean and well-maintained throughout. Location is excellent, right at the front beach, with a great sea view. The rooftop was a highlight as well, very chill atmosphere with drinks and an infinity pool overlooking the ocean.Overall, a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would definitely come back.
