  Just got back from ibis Styles, had a pretty good experience so wanted to share a bit. The room was clean and tidy, with a youthful, modern decor that looked really nice. It felt comfortable staying there, not stuffy or anything. The common areas were also decent, with some chill spots where you can sit and relax with a nice view. The location is quite convenient too, easy to get to the beach or find food nearby. Overall, it’s a good choice if you just want a simple getaway or a weekend break. What impressed me the most was Ngoc at the bar. She was super friendly and helpful, explained things clearly whenever I asked. Drinks were made quickly and service was fast, so no long waiting. Small things like that really made the whole experience better. Afterall, I think it’s worth trying, and I’d probably come back if I have the chance.

  I have stayed here several times and consistently received excellent service. The reception team is always warm and welcoming—even on occasions when I arrived as early as 10:00 a.m. They still greeted me with a smile and kindly assisted with early check-in when possible. Even if the room wasn’t ready, they made the process smooth so I didn’t have to queue again later during peak check-in time. A special thank you to Ms. Thu and Ms. Mai for their outstanding hospitality—their professionalism and friendliness truly stand out. The rooms are always clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciate. The bathroom is also a highlight—the shower has strong water pressure and is very relaxing, making it a great way to unwind after a long day. The TV is modern and comes with YouTube access, which is a big plus for me and makes the stay even more enjoyable.

  Our group of 251 students and lecturers was truly impressed by the professional service and heartfelt hospitality of the hotel staff. They were extremely kind and attentive to our students, always going the extra mile to customize services to meet our needs. The rooms are modern, very comfortable, and well maintained. The food was enjoyable, and the location is excellent, conveniently situated just across the street. Initially, we were concerned about managing such a large group, but the hotel handled everything smoothly and efficiently, far exceeding our expectations. We highly recommend this hotel for business trips, conferences, and leisure travel. Our sincere thanks to the Front Desk team for managing room arrangements so professionally; the Housekeeping team for having the rooms perfectly prepared despite our early arrival; and the F&B team for the quick and efficient breakfast setup. We also greatly appreciate the HR team for the training session and informative hotel tour, the Sales team for their fast and professional coordination, and the Engineering team for promptly checking the air-conditioning in my room 😂. Last but certainly not least, thank you to Mr. Sunil Verma - Hotel GM for the warm welcome and for seamlessly coordinating all operations for our large group.

  First, I called to check if there was a room available for Saturday night since our trip was quite spontaneous. The reservations team told me they were fully booked, but when I checked the All Accor app, I saw that rooms were still available. So I booked through the app. The room rate for Saturday night was 4.4 million definitely not cheap. 😳 Unfortunately, at around 6:00 AM, I was woken up by loud Vietnamese kids and families. The noise continued throughout the entire morning, which was quite disappointing for a hotel at this price point. I wish guests were more considerate of others and kept the noise down during the early hours. However, Mr. Bao personally explained the situation, sincerely apologized, and followed up to ensure everything was taken care of. He also offered us complimentary drinks and a late check-out. I truly appreciate his professionalism and excellent service.

  Stayed at ibis Styles Vũng Tàu recently and honestly it was a pretty nice experience overall. The room was clean and well-kept, nothing too fancy but comfortable enough to relax after a long day out. I liked the design too, simple but still had a fresh and modern vibe. Didn’t feel cramped or stuffy at all. There were also a few common areas to hang out, which I found quite nice. Good for just sitting around, chilling, or taking a break instead of staying in the room the whole time. Location-wise, it’s quite convenient. Getting to the beach or nearby food spots was easy, so I didn’t have to worry much about transportation. One highlight for me was Ngoc at the bar. She was really friendly and helpful, answered my questions clearly and made everything feel easy. Service was quick, drinks came out fast, and overall just a very pleasant interaction. Those little details really made a difference. All in all, a solid stay. Not overly luxurious, but comfortable and worth it. Would consider coming back next time.

  I had a very memorable stay and was truly impressed by the service quality and professionalism of the entire team.||Pre-arrival:|Ms. Na Phan and Ms. Phung Nguyen proactively contacted me to confirm my booking quickly and professionally. I also sent my luggage in advance, and Mr. Lam and Mr. Hieu (FO) handled it with great care, including detailed photo confirmation, which gave me complete peace of mind.||Check-in:|The rooftop parking was spacious and complimentary. Despite a busy lobby, check-in took only about two minutes. Mr. Khoi gave me a very warm welcome and arranged early check-in as my room was ready. Mr. Dat delivered my luggage promptly and assisted me in checking everything carefully.||During my stay:|Mr. Hien (FOM) was exceptionally friendly and provided excellent local recommendations. I was especially impressed that he remembered my name and greeted me the next day despite the busy weekend. This level of personalized service exceeded my expectations.||Room:|My room on the 10th floor had a beautiful sea view and balcony, with all essential amenities. I appreciated the eco-friendly glass water bottles, strong shower pressure, and instant hot water. Additional amenities were provided promptly upon request.||Check-out:|Even during the Sunday peak time, the process was fast and efficient thanks to Tai.||Overall:|The entire team delivered warm, attentive, and professional service. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel. The cheese bread at the restaurant is also excellent and worth trying. I will definitely return.

  The hotel is in a fantastic location and I had a very pleasant one-night stay with no major complaints. The room was comfortable and the overall experience was great, although the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. This is a solid choice for anyone looking to stay in a convenient spot, and I would definitely recommend it despite the minor issue with the shower.

  Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property is beautiful, and the rooms are clean, modern, and fully equipped. There’s even a small play area with a claw machine that the kids absolutely loved.|The location is super convenient—just across the road you will reach the beach, making it easy to go back and forth.|Although we visited right after Tet, the hotel was still quite busy. Even so, the bell staff were very helpful with our luggage, and the reception team handled check-in quickly and efficiently. |A special mention to Mr. Hiền (FOM), who welcomed guests warmly and with great enthusiasm.|Breakfast was quite crowded, but everything was well-organized. The food was served promptly, plentiful, and delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist.|Highly recommend this hotel! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.
