  Hands down one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had. Mercure Vung Tau absolutely nailed it in every way. From check-in to check-out, the staff were next-level amazing. So friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can really tell they care about their guests, and that made the whole experience feel extra special. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond by preparing the room to welcome us for our daughter’s birthday and our wedding anniversary. Walking into the room and seeing the amazing setup was such a beautiful surprise and instantly made the trip even more memorable. It was honestly so nice to arrive and feel that level of thought and care. The room itself was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable — perfect for relaxing and switching off. The facilities are unreal, everything is clean, modern, and very well looked after. And the breakfast… WOW. Massive variety, great quality, and easily one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had anywhere. We tried to find something to complain about and literally couldn’t. Zero faults, zero stress — just a perfect stay from start to finish. Would come back in a heartbeat and would recommend this place to absolutely anyone visiting Vung Tau. Best stay ever — no exaggeration. 💯✨

  We loved our stay here. The location is perfect and provided a relaxing getaway from the bustle of HCMC. Loved the poolside foot massages. The infinity pool is beautiful and you have access to a private little beach too. The breakfast and food is delicious and the staff super friendly. We also rented electric bikes to explore the city and it was perfect.

  I stayed at the Executive Twin room which gave me the best sea view (Room 415) and I definitely book that specific room again. The location is very near to the Christ statue, walkable distance and the hotel is located near some of the good eatery. The staffs are friendly and the check in to check out process was smooth. There was reviews on too much staircase and I felt that its alright but some can also consider lower levels like floor 1 or 2 and the sea view is equally beautiful. The overall stay is amazing.

  This hotel was absolutely STUNNING to stay at! The room was gorgeous with an excellent view of the ocean and the restaurant was sooo delicious for lunch and dinner. I was not a big fan of the breakfast that came with our stay, but that could have been personal taste. Service was great for the most part- our bags were carried all the way to our room and the staff taking care of the property were pleasant. Check-in felt a little awkward for some reason but other than that we had no issues! The location is in an easy Grab drive away from all sorts of different things but also felt secluded enough that it felt like a resort. The pool was amazing and the little private beach was cute! Only thing that wasn’t the prettiest about the property was the fencing around the perimeter being a bit dilapidated and the area with all the fish in the tanks. Overall it was a great stay and I’d go back!

  I didn't stay at the hotel. But went there for breakfast.. Lovely location. Very chilled with a amazing swimming pool. Staff polite a curtious.. Food very good.. Loveing the healthy homemade celery and ginger drinks.. Thanks for a lovely experience Definitely will return..

  The hotel boasts a beautiful private beach along with breathtaking ocean views that truly enhance the overall experience. Our room was impressively spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, making it a very comfortable place to stay. The staff consistently demonstrated a high level of friendliness and attentiveness, which made us feel welcomed throughout our visit. I had the pleasure of speaking with Dat, who stood out for his warm demeanor and genuine helpfulness—he even kindly assisted us with our bags. The location is also a major highlight, as the hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the iconic Jesus Christ Statue. Overall, it is a wonderful place to unwind, relax, and fully enjoy a peaceful getaway

  I just had a wonderful vacation at Mercure Vung Tau. The resort's space is beautiful, quiet, and close to nature, perfect for relaxing after busy workdays. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, have a great sea view, and provide a relaxing feeling from the moment you check in. The food at the restaurant is also quite delicious, and the service is quick and attentive.||What impressed me most on this trip was the enthusiastic support from Thao at the reception. From the moment I checked in, Thao was always cheerful, friendly, and very helpful. From guiding me through the resort's services and assisting with the check-in process to advising on nearby attractions, everything was handled professionally and with dedication. Thao's enthusiasm and charm contributed to making my vacation much more complete and memorable. I will definitely return to Mercure Vung Tau in the future.

  the best hotel I’ve stayed by far. This is why I’ve been here for 5 to 6 times and counting. I always look forward to arriving at the hotel and eating at the restaurant, to staying in our comfortable rooms. Many thanks to all the staffs - greeters, bellboys at the drop-off point , the staffs at the restaurant interacting with my nephews, the lifeguards by the pool who helped kept my nephew’s goggles overnight and clean both pool and beaches washed-up debris in the relentless heat daily so we can enjoy the beach in the evening. To the cleaners and gardeners who are also smiling always, and also the housekeeping staffs who are friendly and smiley. The check-in process was smooth as well and we were given rooms earlier so the nephews could play at the pool before the sun gets too hot. My family and I throughly feel at home at Mercure Vung Tau and this why we keep coming back here for our holidays. My family enjoyed this stay even more so than last year June - so much so that we made an impromptu decision to extend one more night stay. My nephews were so thrilled and happy by this decision. They were truly sad when we had to leave Vung Tau and requested for another holiday stay with you guys in the near future. Thank you so much for the incredible stay! We will definitely be back!
