  We really enjoyed staying at the Palace Hotel. Great location the rooms are really spacious and clean. The staff were all really helpful. The pool was clean quite warm this seems the norm in Vietnam. Could do with a bit more shade but really great hotel. We didn't eat there so can't rate the food

  Stayed one night at the palace hotel this past weekend the staff were incredible, friendly and very helpful and spoken English and or understood. My room was upgraded. I was allowed at early and late checkout and the swimming pool was very refreshing and used well by many families, the morning buffet breakfast Had a lot of different variety and it had brewed coffee and Vietnamese coffee which was very nice. It was a great price and value, especially the area is in walking distance to the main beach and many other stores and restaurants.

  Stayed on June 6 and had an overall pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. However, some of the room facilities and furnishings felt a bit dated. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient with the check-in and check-out process. Housekeeping service was good, and the room was kept clean throughout the stay. Breakfast was decent, although the selection was more focused on Western dishes, with fewer local options available. One inconvenience was the swimming pool access procedure. Guests are required to go to the reception desk to collect a rubber wristband before using the pool and return it afterward. This felt somewhat inconvenient, especially for a quick swim. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning thanks to the beautiful view, convenient location, friendly staff, and good service.

  The location of this hotel is actually perfect by me. Very close to the beach and things that you need to have to survive. Staffs are very would definitely recommend it to friends

  Fantastic location within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and convenience store. Staff are friendly and attentive. The bed is comfy and the softest pillows, great night sleep! There are floors that have been updated but ours wasn’t. The corridor carpet on our floor has seen better days. (4th floor) A step through the bedroom door and you’re transported back to the 90’s. Decor aside, the rooms are spacious, spotless, with a super cold fridge. Fantastic shower pressure, washing my hair conditioner out was a breeze! There is a large open terrace on the 5th floor with views out to sea, we grabbed a couple of cold ones and watched the sun set. The pool gets the sun all day but check ahead with the hotel before booking as we had a 3 day lifesaving course happening, which took over the whole pool and limited sun beds. Final verdict, would I stay again.. |Yes! Great value for money and cracking location.

  Stayed there during Tet holidays and hotel was very cosy and felt premium even though it’s very old but beds were comfortable and clean and in a very nice location

  Overall, the hotel is not bad. Although abit old but simple and clean. The only issue I had was that there was no hot water for my shower. Good thing I am used to showering in cold water, and it's just a one night business trip. Otherwise it would have given a higher ratings.
