  I really liked the location of the hotel - and if you get a room with a balcony facing the sea - it is perfect. It sits on one end of the beach, so it's less crowded - you can just cross the road and be by the sea. The rooms weren't bad - some wear and tear in some places, and the bed was hard for me personal preference, but I would still stay there again. All the staff were really pleasant, nice and helpful. They also had bikes for rent.

  The room was lovely, aesthetics wise and everything actually functioned as it was meant to! View and location were some of the best on our trip! Breakfast was on the average side but plenty to choose from. Honestly I would be giving this 5 stars if it wasn't for my experience with the reception, checking in alone was a nightmare we had booked beforehand and had to change rooms 3 times before we got the room we had actually booked and at this point, paid for too. From then on the reception staff wouldn't even look at us, making the entire stay there feel as thigh we were totally unwelcomed. 5 stars for the room at the price we paid, 1 star for reception.

  Brilliant location, but a few issues. Stayed here for 5 days. Room was nice and the bathroom ok, however the bed was rock solid. We asked the first afternoon if they had any softer mattresses or mattress toppers, but they claimed they did not. Went back again and asked for extra bedding/duvet to put on the bed as it was so hard, it was also painful to sit on to watch the TV. Just because of the rubbish mattress and bed I would not go back here. The breakfast was very average, and you had to ask for things such as bread. It is very Asian style no western options. Location is great, and the only reason we stayed. Right on the beach. The bathroom smelled of chemicals, and the shower was pathetically weak. It took ages to get a shower due to the lack of water. Air conditioning was leaking into the bathroom and down the bedroom wall making the bathroom floor always wet. Overall would not recommend. The rock solid mattress is just not acceptable.

  From 16/02-18/02/2024 Location: convenient, near shops, beaches and sea view rooms. Service: buffet food is at an acceptable level. Reception, room service, food service and security are friendly and enthusiastic Room: old, neat, clean toilet Overall suitable within the price range.

  Found mould in my kettle. However the front desk staff were very apologetic and replaced it. The pool jaquzzi does not work. The breakfast buffet is at big round tables where you sit with other guests. The mess left by other guests at breakfast is not cleaned up and you are forced to sit in the mess of others. Nice location walking distance to the beach.

  Not recommended! Stayed a night here on January 2019 in a room with an ocean view for 800K dong. The ocean view was beautiful, however the balcony was small, so you can't put a chair there to sit and enjoy the view. There was a cockroach in the room which I successfully eliminated it. The water backed up in the shower. Informed the front desk, they sent a staff to the room and unclogged the drain. The handle of the faucet came off when lifted it up. Turned on the water by carefully turning the tap without lifting the nob. The air conditioning unit also didn't work. Only the fan mode worked. The front desk wanted to send a staff up to the room again to check these issues, but at this point I just wanted to sleep. These issues could have been addressed before making the room available. The included breakfast was average, food was already cold at 7 AM. My experience with unmaintained room and poor quality of service will make me look elsewhere next time I am in the area.

  We had three deluxe rooms with sea view, and only one of them has a balcony. The other two have windows, they all have a great view to the sea though.|The reception desk itself is great, quick and helpful. The receptionists are all friendly and seem awake.|My family only stayed for one night. My parents room had a broken exhaust fan on the toilet's ceiling which was a bit annoying. I aked for some help and one of the housekeepers said they would check or fix it when we had gone out, but, it remained the same when we were back.|My sister's room and mine were alright but, my room had a leaking shower bowl. The balcony in my room gives us a nice view, fresh air from the sea but the aircon unit is right above it, so, its a bit hot at times. Apart from that, it was all fine.|Breakfast is great but they ain't got cereal bar, so, if you're expecting to have some cereal, don't live up your expectaion too much then.|The swimming pool is larger than what we expected, it looks a bit small in photos but it's quite big, in fact.
