I booked 4 apartments for my entire family, 10 people and 1 child, to celebrate New Year together. We are very satisfied with the service and accommodation. That's why I would like to take my time to write a detailed review as an appreciation for our fantastic stay at the hotel. Our rooms: They are 70 sqm with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is spacious and clean. The rooms are equipped with all necessary utilities such as dental kits, comb, sandals, water, coffee, tea and etc. The location: It is 4 min-walk to the Bai Sau beach and 10 min-walk to Tam Thang Square. The hotel provided free parking in a garage. It was very convenient for my family as we came with 2 cars. There are many restaurants nearby. It is even possible to hire a motorbike and ride around. One thing that I appreciate a lot was that we can watch firework clearly from the garden of the hotel. My family could therefore avoid staying in the middle of the crowd. It was just an amazing experience. The service: Uyen and Phat welcomed us and they took care of my family very well. A big thank you to you two and all the staff. We even got a nice treat with champaign just right before the New Year's Eve. The breakfast is also very good. I ate various food from asian to western style. In the hotell, we can also use the swimming pool and jacuzzi, which is very nice, especially for me because I prefer to swimming in a pool rather than swimming at the beach. Highly recommended.

We just a stayed here for 4 nights in the two-bedroom apartment and had a good experience overall. The rooms were fairly new and decently clean. The front desk staff, the bellhops (particularly Phát), and the security guards were all courteous and professional and full of smiles. The included breakfast was good, especially on 2 of the days when they were full enough to serve buffets - otherwise, they had a menu for you to choose your entrees from but you can order as much as you want. The pool was super clean as well. Much props to the pool cleaner attendant. Overall, I would recommend it for a few night stays in Vung Tau!

My family stayed in the villa (14-person capacity) at The Cap Hotel, and we were very happy with our stay. The hotel is within easy walking distance to Back Beach, which was very convenient. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The villa spans three levels and has an elevator, which was a big plus. The receptionist and room service staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was included and exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of options, generous portions, and great taste. The swimming pool water was cold but still manageable. However, I have to deduct one star from the overall rating because smoking is allowed in the pool area (even though the rest of the hotel property is non-smoking). While smoking is limited to a corner of the pool area, the smell was still noticeable. We hope the hotel will consider making the pool area completely smoke-free with no exceptions.

Let's start with the pros. This is a lovely hotel. With some very helpful friendly staff. Can't fault the front of house staff. The bell boys. And housekeeping. Amazing. And thank you.. The rooms are large. The beds are super comfy Housekeeping came every day and cleaned to a very high standard....and allways with a smile. 🙁 Now the cons 1. Shower. One minute hot one minute cold no consistency in pressure or heat. No mater what time of day. 🙁 2.being a 4 star hotel there were no smart tvs.? 3.we booked a Monday to Friday with full buffet breakfast.😊🙁 No we didn't get the buffet breakfast for 3 mornings out of are 4... We were given a menu card which was very basic and very disappointing just trying to get a simple thing like toast was difficult.. So we gave up. And went elsewhere for breakfast. Very dissatisfied. We paid for buffet and got a fixed limited menu... Reason they did not have enough customers. Sorry that's not good enough excuse. You are a 4 star hotel. You are selling rooms which include a buffet breakfast and we are paying the price.... You should inform potential customers that there will not be a buffet breakfast prior to the customer booking your rooms especially if it's a mid week booking. So they can decide to book or not. On are final day Friday. There was a full buffet breakfast because the hotel had a large company booking..not a nice feeling.... Knowing you paid full price for 4 nights only to receive a buffet breakfast on your last morning.. Not good 🙁 4. Swimming pool... There was no one in attendance at the swimming pool on the three days we went there.. Very nice looking pool. But unfortunately maintenance is lacking. We didn't actually swim in the pool as there was green alge at the bottom of the pool on the side walls... Which was there for the three days we sat around the pool. The ice-cream stand was locked. And the stall for selling swimming items was also locked. Tge jacuzzi unfortunately had mold up the sides and again it felt like stantard maintenance was missing. We didn't swim in the pool for fear of getting ill.. So we paddled are feet.. There are floor lights around the access to the pool. Which unfortunately are raised to high above the floor tiles. And definitely a potential trip hazard.. 😯😯😯 Being mid week and only a few customers. We felt we were definitely not in a 4 star hotel... The air conditioning in the main areas was switched of... Which was makeing these ares very humid and sticky and with temperatures outside touching 40 degrees it wasnt pleasant for us and definitely the staff who had to work in these areas. So to sum up... When booking a mid week break weather it be with the hotel or another platform.. Check check check when you book that breakfast is included it's a full buffet. We went in April 2026. 4 star is meant to represent a high standard. Unfortunately I feel neglect is takeing over hear. Which is a shame as its a lovely comfortable hotel. And has loads of potential

was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences ive ever had in vung tau. the service was extremely poor across all staff, from security n parking to reception, who were slow, unresponsive n seemed untrained, with many just standing around while only a few actually assisted guests. despite calling reception multiple times to fix sth in my villa n clearly mentioning i was in a rush, it still took around 15 minutes for someone to show up, which felt unacceptable, especially since my villa was located right next to the reception area. the villa itself was a major disappointment: old, dirty, damp n poorly maintained, with visibly unclean windows n an overall sense that it hadn’t been properly cleaned. on top of that, the wifi was unusable despite multiple networks being available n also the soundproofing was terrible, making outside noise very disruptive. for a villa costing over 11m vnd, this experience felt nowhere near worth the price, honestly more like a low-tier 2–3 star hotel than a 4-star property bruh 🙈

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the sea that made every morning feel special. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything we needed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Another great point is the hotel’s location – it’s easy to reach the city center, either by walking or a short ride.

This is not a 4-star hotel. We booked a villa that was around $450 USD and was expecting a 4-star service but it was quite the opposite experience.||The downstairs patio attached to the first room was not locked. Meaning people can enter the room from the outside. What was worse was it took them nearly two hours to get someone to fix it. It was only until my Uncle and Aunt made a ruckus until they came AGAIN and bought a bunch of keys to figure out which one locks it. We flagged down a worker that walked back and fourth "looking" for a villa, she says "is that right" when we told her is this one and then she walks away.. strange.||Next the windows were not cleaned. They are dirt stained and dirty. A few dusty areas as well.|| The doors are not airtight and were wobbling all night due to the wind. The pictures don't show it but it's located next to a busy street as well and not hidden, walking traffic is high so you will see people walk around the villa through large windows.||What was strange was there is a basement that the elevator goes too. The door that goes down to it is not locked as well.||Just a odd and not great experience overall.

Clean and cozy new hotel near the sea. Everything was wonderful. Good soundproof. Super comfy bed. Great value for money! Good breakfast. Just small thing, the swimming pool was extremely cold
