Hotel is conveniently right across from Vung Tau beach. There is a pedestrian bridge from the hotel to cross the street to a private section of the beach for Imperial guests. Staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful during check-in&out. Thank you to Kelsey Phung and Hien for their hospitality. We had a parcel delivery that front desk also helped receive before we arrived at the hotel. Pool area was beautiful. The Imperial Garden has afternoon tea which we enjoyed with the sunset. We would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone visiting Vung Tau.

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. We stayed in the Residential Suite and were absolutely delighted by the beautiful sea view directly from the room. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very well equipped – nothing was missing. The entire staff was extremely courteous and attentive. In particular, we would like to mention Anthony, whose warm, friendly nature and sunny personality really stood out. He was always happy to help whenever we had questions or needed anything, and we would like to sincerely thank him once again. The food was excellent, and especially the breakfast buffet was outstanding. There was a wide variety of options, offering something for every taste. The private beach was clean and well maintained, and we also enjoyed very friendly and attentive service there. We can truly highly recommend this hotel. From the very first moment, you feel comfortable and relaxed, making it the perfect place to unwind. We have stayed in several luxury hotels in Vietnam, and this one was by far the best.

Overall, it was a wonderful hotel experience. Great attention had been paid to every detail, from the exterior and interior design to the furnishings. The service was also excellent. You could really feel, through every staff member’s attitude, their genuine desire to make guests enjoy their stay. There was event held at the pool, so we never got bored and were able to enjoy our entire stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of satisfying options. The omelet made by a young chef was especially delicious. At first, the room we were assigned had weak air conditioning, but we were grateful that they promptly moved us to another available room. It was also reassuring to see that repair work on the faulty room began immediately. The room facilities were excellent overall, and having a bathtub was a nice bonus. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the return shuttle bus departs too early at 10:30. Nearby hotels like VIAS Hotel offer departures around 1–2 PM, and even luxury resorts in Ho Tram have shuttle services leaving after 12 PM. Since check-out is at 12 PM, it would have been nice to fully enjoy the room, hotel, and pool until then.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, excellent facilities, a stunning beachfront location, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. Travelling with children, we were especially impressed by the range of kids' activities available throughout our stay. There was always something fun for the children to enjoy, which kept them entertained and created some fantastic family memories. The highlight for our kids was definitely the pool party with foam – it was incredibly well organised, full of energy, and so much fun for both children and adults. Seeing the kids laughing and playing in the foam was a real highlight of our holiday. We would also like to give special recognition to Anthony Minh, who assisted with our luggage. He was professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. His positive attitude and willingness to help made a great first impression. A special thank you as well to Lily at reception. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Her professionalism and genuine care for guests made us feel welcomed and valued from check-in to departure. The combination of outstanding customer service, family-friendly activities, excellent facilities, and the amazing foam pool party made this a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend the Imperial Hotel in Vung Tau for families, couples, and anyone looking for a quality beachfront getaway. We look forward to returning again in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Great location, nice facilities, comfortable room, and the staff were always professional, friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast had a great variety and everything I tried was delicious. I also loved the pedestrian bridge that goes directly to the beach, it made crossing the busy road so much easier and safer. A special thank you to David Son, the bellman, who was incredibly polite and helpful. His recommendation to visit the nearby museums was excellent and made my trip even better. The downsides were that the bathroom had no ventilation, and some of the furniture looked worn out. Overall though, I had a great stay and would definitely come back!

Touted as a five-star hotel but, however in my opinion, I would read it no higher than four stars. The room we stayed in was quite beautiful with a spacious kitchen that's of no use since there's a lack of any utensils. And they proportion for small bottles of water per day without replenishment. The pool are not heated which is acceptable to kids but not adults. The buffet breakfast was provided nicely. The front staff I communicated with or just average and not forthcoming with information. However the wait staff at the buffet were quite helpful and friendly. Dinner service was lackluster. Cocktails small and weak. This is my second time to Vung Tau beach and everyday is windy especially in the afternoons.

Out of all the hotels we stayed in the past 2.5 months of vacation, this is by far THE BEST!Excellent service! Very nice ambiance and very clean hotel. Love the private access to the beach and they maintain the beachfront clean. Did I mention that the food is good too? The Pho is to die for! You gotta try it! I love everything about this hotel so I'll be back for sure!PS: Housekeeping and front desk- You guys are AWESOME! Keep it up!

The hotel rooms are clean, all the devices work, even smart TV in the language you need. It is possible that you will be bitten by small midges near the places where bushes and other tropical greenery grow. The sea is very warm, the transparency is low and there is a slight smell from the water.
