  We had a nice stay in this hotel. It was pleasant that someone will welcome you offering help. We had easy check in presenting our passport and trc. We stayed overnight and enjoyed their sumptuous breakfast though we look for some other cuisines because more on Vietnamese. There are traditional Vietnamese food offered such as the pho, spring roll, egg, etc. the room are clean but somehow the comfort room has connecting sound to other room, though you’ll only hear the water.

  The room is decent, location is very good. I would love to rate this hotel higher score, however, it sadly happened when we forgot 4 pack of milks but the staffs did not return to us. We came back to the hotel 6hours after check out. The kind receptionist helped us check and we happened to know the house keeper mentioned they “discarded” 4 bundle of milks which still sealed. . Oh well, I dont think so!!!!! It is very bad because when we checked out, they said it s all okay but not mentioned that we forgot the milk. We happened to come and ask for it then the house keeping worked in the AM shift replied to the receptionist that they think “Guests/we dont want the milk”. The milk doesnt mean much but the way the staffs didnot inform us anything and decide to “ discard” them sounds lie to us. I also think they better be honest and acknowledge that they drink our milk!!!. It is not honestly and sadly low quality of hospitality. So sad for marketing team and efforts of other staffs in the hotel….

  We've stayed in a lot of hotels over past 2 wks, from up in mountain villages to beach side towns, this was easily the worst relative to location. Staff were great, brekkie also good, but our rooms were 1 star. Both rooms had water leaks in bathrooms & water constantly leaking across the floor, stained tiles shows they've been leaking for a long time. Power points were not wired, had to remove TV off wall to get only powered outlet. Timber Bathroom door was rotted away from shower spray, no power for razor. At checkout they consider the bottled water as mini bar, 50k for 1 bottle, 30k for 2. Way better choices in the area.

  The room is so spacious and clean. Stayed for the night. The location is so convenient that when you go out, everything you need is just around the corner. The view is amazing as well where you can see the beach.

  The P&T Hotel in Vung Tau is situated in a great location on the front beach in Vung Tau.. the staff here are very friendly and helpful if any problem’s occur while staying at their hotel.. there is underground parking with full time Security..the Dining Room is opened every morning for breakfast and is suitable for family groups or a lone traveller like myself.. I recommend for a weekend stay or a longer stay the P&T Hotel Vung Tau is worth considering..😀😀😀

  The hotel is very nice view and clean.the room is comfortable staffs are very friendly.ruby restaurant is nice set up and foods are various and delicious.waiter and waitresses are friendly especially the cook chef he always take care of all guest and services with his heart besides that I had impressed with Ms Ha (FO) she working hard and all smile to helping guest in anyway.the ways she expressed as professional one she always take care of guests.She help us to booked the room for many times so now we are became loyalty customer we just give her a call then everything she setups perfectly by the way we would like to say thank you so much for your support. I think Ms Ha .FO should be an employee of the month .finally thanks for all departments to support us have a good experienced with P&T hotel.we will be sure to come back soon
