  Lovely lady, was very helpful and running this cute laundry business. The washing smells fresh and nice. The service (washing and drying) was over night (I went over at around 6pm and got everything back the next morning, folded and ready at 10am). I had quite a bit of washing, different colours and everything is clean, nothing missing. A translator app made the communication quick and easy.

  Small laundry business with very good service and reasonable prices. I had 2 kilograms of laundry washed and dried for only 50,000 dong, or about $2 USD. I dropped the laundry off in the evening and it was ready by morning the next day, folded and neatly separated in plastic nags (see picture). Recommended!

  We got confused when we were paying because we couldn't believe that the price was so cheap! Nothing bad to say, clothes were clean. Apologies to the owner that we arrived over 1 hour late from the 5pm pick-up time.

  We settled the matter, as the owner partially compensated for the damage caused. They ruined expensive things, Nike T-shirts worth 1 million Vietnamese dongs. I picked up the things today at 17:00. I am very unhappy with your work, I think that you washed the things with others that had stains of fuel oil or something else. It is also unpleasant that they did not even say anything about it, they just carefully folded them with stains and gave them away. I think that this is not how things are done, these things cost money and you need to answer for negligent work! Better look for a self-service laundry, there are no problems with it, you only wash your own things without other people's! the reviews are most likely not real.
